"Time is relative, it is not a constant because of the fact that it is effected by things like speed, it's just that the discrepancy is too small to notice by using a normal clock. Also, You'd only notice it if you were still at one 'time-speed' and everyone else was at another.

If we were ALL going faster...well that's only FASTER because it's being compared to our current time.

As for "time star" there are black holes. The gravitational pull theoretically causes time dilation, which once again just shows time is relative. To the person falling into the black hole time will be moving normally, but relative to the outside it would be quite different.

People will want to change horrific events, but the problem is, you have no idea how that change will effect the timeline. Stopping one horrific event that we already know of may lead to something far worse that we don't know of. It's too unpredictable."

How is Japanese Anime better than America Cartoons?

"Most American cartoons, with some exceptions (Things based of Comics, Avatar The Last Airbender) tend to have no real overarchings narrative to them. They're pretty random, although some MAY have an overarching story, episode to episode isn't exactly as connected as in many anime series.

Sure there are some anime series that are random, but there are also a ton that aren't."

"The whole can't prove it, can't not prove it, isn't the best defense for this argument, but valid nevertheless.

Regardless of it's true or not we are damaging our environment and will feel the repercussions. With all the chemicals and such we're spewing out into the air/water every day you can't expect there to be NO reaction from the environment. We've introduced things so incredibly harmful that it's too much for nature to contend with.

The case should have never been whether it is real or not, it should be whether we should stop acting like idiots and try living without polluting the air, whether it's for the environments sake or our sake."

"I agree with much of what thewarangel said. Looks aren't priority for me, but they do tend to spark the initial visual attraction (Well, as long as you're meeting in real life as opposed to those internet dating sites)

Basically it's just a combination. It may indeed start with looks, but the most important part is the personality.

We're such visual people that it's hard to not consider looks if you haven't talked to the person before to learn about who they are, but then again we've made ourselves to be so visual what with mass media culture and all"

"There's too much in the universe we can't even fathom at the moment, so I wouldn't rule time travel out. I mean we still haven't even found a true unifying theory yet. Hell we've barely been into space ourselves.

But there are also the paradoxes that would occur if time travel was possible, making you think it can't be possible..because just what would happen in the case of said paradox (Such as the grandfather paradox)

Although, I'd say even if it were possible, it shouldn't be allowed. The past is in the past and shouldn't be meddled with anyway."

"In today's commercial world money is everything. Sure it won't buy happiness but it will by the illusion of happiness for some. It's everything in the sense that you need it to live a good life if you're already a materialistic (Even if you're only a little materialistic) Sure you could go live in one of those self-sustaining community but we've been spoiled by lives in houses XD

Now while I say money is everything in todays world, I definitely don't consider it to be everything. Sure you want to have a good paying job so you don't have to struggle to live, but I don't believe money should EVER come first, people should always be priority over money."

"Some Video game music tends to be great instrumentals. Zelda of course has always had great music and probably is my favorite. While the originals are always good the remixes over at ocremix are great as well. Sonic and Zelda tend to be my favorites there."
