"Interesting concept for a wallpaper but I'm not too sure which wallpaper category you're going to add this to because I don't think theres a category for mixed anime... the characters are really dirty... i suggest cleaning up all that noise, the extraction, if any, looks like the outlining was drawn with a pen... you could try vectoring the character for better looking quality...

"Don't worry about inexperience because not everyone starts off great... I for one am not good at extraction, so i pretty much vector everything... why don't you try vectoring kyon, theres tons of tutorials here for vectoring, theres even a club for it too and mostly everyone does it...
for the background, usually wallpapers with screen shots for backgrounds don't get accepted unless they've been completely edited, trust me... i know from experience, it just shows that you put no effort into the design of the wallpaper
just keep at it, I'm sure you'll get there! >_<"

the first thing i notice was that the stroke filter was overused, also the pink stroke has a much stronger effect on the eyes... I'm liking the idea with the text and the rose, maybe keep it simple by making it a cartoon rose without the stroke
also, you could position the characters closer to the middle so that the reflections don't get chopped off

"Some parts of the anime i liked and some parts i didnt like...
for starters, all the enemies after shishio were all nonsense, and just seemed like fillers
and it just seemed repetitive that he had to scream out hiten-mitsurugi every single time he did an attack
other than that, i was alright... i especially like the shishio series, by far the best of them all
also, the OVAs were all the greatest, the real ending didnt happened in the TV series, it happened in the OVAs

"Hm... i have to agree that the story line was a bit vague and straight forward but i dont regret watch this anime at all, something like its doesnt come by too often... if the story was more vast like this counterpart, cowboy bebop then i would probably go crazy on it, watching it everyday... lastly, if jin and mugen died, it probably would create a larger impact because then fuu just lost her 2 best friends. she would then have to wander the world alone knowing that they died because of her... i personally dont like meaningless death endings, and if they actually did die, i would be very much pissed off, along with a large number of jin a mugen fans... oh yuh, maybe you could help me on something ive been pondering about for so long, you know the secret love twist, does fuu actually love mugen?"
