Favorite band?

"I would say....possibly Red Hot Chili Peppers. I've loved them for a long time and it feels like I will never stop loving them no matter what songs they come out with. I especially like their song Scar Tissue and Otherside. I read the autobiography on Anthony Kiedis and it's really touching to see the story behind these songs, since he writes them all.

I also really like the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and my favourite song by far is Y Control. A mix of her soft side and her crazy side, it's the funnest track there. Maps is good, but it doesn't have that electricity that Y Control has."

"I'm an addict for that game, hahaha. I fell in love with it when I first played the GB version and it was soo addicting. I think eventually I got more GB games and then finally the PS version and then it just kind of stopped there. (Well, I downloaded the SNES rom and the FoMT rom haha) It's really so addicting, and sometimes even I have to ask myself why I keep on doing these tedious chores when I normally would want to shoot myself.

This game is like, THE world of warcraft for consoles haha. (Well, kind of.)"

"No, not when reading anime/manga. I dont' think it's worth learning a whole other language just to read something that someone can translate for me haha. The only time I would bother is when I'm sad that I can't understand a japanese game, but I get over it pretty quick.

Clothes

"I like anything and will wear anything sold in the store known as Urban Outfitters.

I'm kind of like, an indie hipster, haha.

So the T-shirts there are usually "urban renewals", which means it looks like a vintage washed shirt. The jeans there...are just too exspensive to worry about. (I don't, that's for sure.) The tops are usually fancy in some way, or unique from normal average t-shirts. (long tunics, kimono-sleeve tops, vintage-washed halters, etc.) And the shoes there are mostly wedges, or flats. The store basically sums up most of my closet."

My favorite right now is Naruto, but Im getting sorta tired of it, and I'm starting to like Lain

Naruto is getting kind of old. They're full of fillers right now, and the dubbed version is the worst bastardization of voice acting I've ever heard. The terrible part is that it sells too! Hahaha. Even with bad voice acting.

My favourite anime is probably...Samurai Champloo. I really love the style of it, artistically speaking. Plus the humor is just my type. "

"Haha, made fun of in terms of just innocent fun. I was never bullied or anything like that. My friends would call me super-asian for watching it (even though I AM asian) but it's meant as a playful insult because I'm usually quite white-washed. I usually don't tell people I watch anime, I'm not too knee-deep in it and I sometimes playfully poke others if they're crazy crazy anime dorks. I'm just, the in-between person I guess.

And if someone makes fun of me, I just laugh and agree that I am one crazy asian."

"I cried when I read the last volume of Paradise Kiss. I guess it was the mix of the emotional Carrie+George thing and the fact that it was ending was really depressing. I liked how it ended generally, but the part where she finds all the clothes is like a big "O.O" moment. Very suprising, very touching. I absolutely love that manga."

"I think saying it both online and in real life is kind of...odd haha. In real life it's worse, since it sounds really kind of dorky to hear netspeak being used online. (Just like saying pwned or brb in real life...eep.) Lol in the internet is kind of overdone now, it makes me think of noob when I see it. Not necessarily a reflection of the person saying it, but it just kind of annoys me. I prefer my old 'haha" to show that I think it's funny. (:"

"I can't STAND yellowcard. Their sound is so annoying and I just always think of EMO-EMO-EMO-EMo when I listen to them. Green Day...they're better but not by much. Personally I don't prefer either. Their older stuff was better, I would agree with anyone who said that haha. American Idiot I didn't think was bad, but it got super overplayed and it got easily annoying while their older stuff was still interesting no matter how many times you listened to it. "

Opening; Peach Girl - It's just cute and energetic. I wouldn't listen to it as much as my other stuff, but it's the better of the anime openings I've heard.

If you want to listen to Death Cab, listen to their OLDER stuff. It's really unusual and different than their somewhat-overdone style now. Especially their rendition of "This Charming Man" by The Smiths. (:

White Stripes and The Strokes are getting really mainstream. I wouldn't know if they'd be much indie anymore.

Yeah Yeah Yeahs, they're getting a little popular but not so much. I absolutely love them though. (: Karen O. has amazing style and is an incredible performer. Bloc Party is pretty good, BUT...I suggest you listen to the remix album. They have artists like Ladytron, Four Tet, and Death From Above 1979.

Interpol is super good. I love them a lot. stellastarr* is nice.
