"I am usually in the habit of being fairly confident in my works but this one is certainly an exception. I just feel like i can do so much more with it. Its a bit cliche but suggestions to improve that factor would be greatly appreciated.

"Its really nice but there are a couple of small things that are bothering me:
1) The ground is the same color as the sky. Keep the wonderful swirly feel to it but change the color to some browns or greens so that it doesnt look like they're walking on air and the temple behind is just floating. :)

2) The characters seem a bit stretched vertically. "

"The chalkboard is ingenious. I love all the sayings on it. Keep it for sure. You can keep the yellow background, but you might want to consider adding a floor of sorts so the character isnt just hovering there. Adding some wall lines wouldnt hurt either. ;)"

"The background render dominates the field of view and completely overshadows the scan which isnt of good quality. If I were you, I would re-vector the scan, which is simple enough to vector quickly I think, without the black lines and then place it over. Then maybe try incorporating the scan into the background...giving it something that links the background to the scan. :)"

"The kanji is a bit pixelated, but if it was intentional...well...it still doesnt work with the clean lines throughout. The character is very small. I see from the background you have a beautiful large copy. Utilise the space in your wallpaper or consider making it a larger resolution.
