The extract is messy,
The background suc... needs a lot of work . It's just a plain photo with a few messy layers slapped on top or are those artifacts..??
Also the skyline has a big hard line above the character and the water has lots of placement faults.

Try to make your own skyline ... there are a lot of building tuts around.

And maybe you figure out a way to give the "wolf thangie" a little less fog so it's possible to see more details. maybe a glowing red eye .. har har.

On the left side of this paper you gave the grass a little bit of depth with a extra layer it's a little missing on the right.
planet looks good, but the edge of the mountain is imho too blurred.
if you would create a asteroid belt / ring around the planet it would fill out the sky a little more.

(please note I see this wallpaper on a CRT so a LCD could bring out more from the background details.)

there is no such thing as finishing a wallpaper .. ;)
