For the size you could try "smart resizing" see if that might work or it might mess it all up.

I like to snap pictures of people and animals because I like it when I snap a picture of someone when they aren't expecting it and it turns out great/funny., animals are harder to photograph because they never want to sit still and you need patience to be able to take a good picture of an animal but in the end when you have a great picture it's worth it."

"I kind of like the butterflies but so many of them are overlapping it makes it look messy and there is a part of her lower on the right where there is a light beam thinys and it doesn't blend with the bg it just stops on her. and the moon looks strange to me too...

1: it is the wrong size. 2: I think you should put some more variations in the fire. 3: Work on the text. 4: Add some more colors as well, maybe some more orange or brown? I hope that was of some help to you ^_^

^ that's pretty much what I was thinking. The letters are a bit too blurry - they dont really fit in with the rest of the image. For me it's real bright I think adding some more toned down colors like the orange & brown would be good. Just my opinion though. I think after a bit of work it will be great!

There are a few things I noticed you still need to do a bit of edge cleaning (down by the hands mostly) and the bg looks a bit odd to me it looks like fabric - I guess it's the texture (not sure if that's what you were going for or not) I'd smooth the bg a bit just so it matches the character better! That just my opinion though.
