Development of Female Characters

Not every female character is flat, or trying to land a man or whatever. I think it just depends on which show and which genre you're watching. Look the the Major, she run a team of elite soldiers for the government. She is a tough and smart woman. Sure, a lot of animes do have weak female characters, but are those shows based around that character or the male character? Think about it."

Kakashi's mask

"I think he wears a mask, because he looks so much like his father. When Team 7 travels to the sand to save Gaara, a woman attacks Kakashi because she thinks he is the White Fang (Kakashi's Father). Also I think part of it, Kakashi doesn't want to live in his father's shadow, thus he wore the mask.

In the end tho, I don't think it really matters why Kakashi wears the mask, because damn that mask makes him look hot."

"A lot of it depends on the director and how they take the storyline, because some adaptations are wonderful and other are just pure crap. I think in general, most adaptations of books/manga/comics are not up to par."

Sasuke's decision: wrong or right

"I think Sasuke screwed up and made the worse choice possible. If he would have stayed in the leaf and trained under Kakashi, Sasuke would have become more powerful then Itachi and would have killed him some day, but because Naruto was starting to become more powerful, Sasuke saw it as a threat and saw he wasn't top dog anymore. So Sasuke wanted to get powerful now and then, thats why he went to the Sound, which is his down fall because He is gonna end up losing his body to Orochimaru. Plus in the end hasn't Sasuke become what he hated the most, Itachi?"

What is the best final fight scene you have ever seen?

"The best final fight scene for me was between Suburu and Seichro in X, because of how it ends and it keeps the viewer wondering on what was said. Plus it is just so sad."

"A few of my friends like anime, but most of my friends don't which is fine. I talk and watch anime with the friends who do like it and do other stuff with my other friends. I also was in anime club back in college, so that was a nerd outlet for me."

"Well I just finished college and got a Bacholer of Science in History, now the crappy job I have is working for a telecommuncation as an operator. So basicly I deal with stupid people all day and wishing I was doing something cool with my History degree."

Who hates iPods?

"My biggest problem with the ipod is that the newer video ones break pretty easy and all of my friends have had to buy a new one only after a year or two of use. Plus everything is made for stupid ipod, I want some speakers, or cases or other things made for other mp3 players. Also converting everything would be a pain in the ass. "

Do you like to clean your room?

"My room is always clean because why bother throwing something on the ground when I can take two steps and put it away. Though I do need to work on dusting my room more, but sometimes I do get into the mood to clean, so I dust and vacuum. But there are those even rarer moods, when I clean everything out of my room, get rid of a bunch of crap I don't need. I did that after I moved back from College."

"I think the saddiest stories told in anime is about everyday emotions that we all deal with. The heartache of being in love and also loosing or being regreted by that love. The pain of friends turning their backs on you and just dealing with everyday problems. The only two animes that has ever made me cry was X TV and Kenshin OVAs."

What will you do to your anime collection if you have grown and become parents??

"My anime will be out with the rest of the DVDs in my home, but I can bet there will be more Studio Ghilbi films in my collection when I have children. Sure they can't watch some of the things I have but there are some series/movies that I have that I will want to share with them. I will want to share something I enjoy with my children."

Why do people?

"The whole Manga to Anime/Anime to Manga reminds me of the Novel to Film/Film to Novel that goes on in hollywood. But personally I see Manga and Anime as being two totally different things. Sure I may read a manga series, but I may never see the anime, also I may see the anime but never read the manga. I think manga helps expand the story, more then anime per se, just because manga has more time to flush out characters. Yet, I can still enjoy an anime series without having to read the series. There are some anime fans who don't read manga, and I bet there may be some manga fans who don't watch anime. I just think anime and manga work very well together, but both are not needing for a fan to joy the story."

"I always love getting presents, I mean who doesn't. Also I love getting money, who doesn't love that as well. But for bday\xmas\whatever I could go either way. I like getting gifts, even though I may not like it, but it is the thought that counts. Yet, from some family members, I would much rather get money because they have no idea what I like or am into. So I guess I can go either way. I'll take money and presents. "

Vamiper or warewolf ???

"Hard choice, but I would go with being a Vampire. I have always loved vampires and the idea of living forever, is amazing because I could go and study all I want, travel the world and just see History unfold before my eyes. The only downside with being a Vampire is watching all the people you have cared about die., that would be the hardest part for me. Plus the gothic romance of Vampire has always been appealing.

I also like Werewolves, but the idea of always loosing control over yourself for three days. Now if I was to be a Werewolf from the White Wolf, that would be cool."

Complicated or Simple

"I believe my life has and will always be complicated in some form or other. They will always be crap going on with friends and family, and there is always work as well. Though I do believe my life did because a bit more simple after I finished college. I didn't have to deal with all my friends drama and being stuck in the middle of it. Now I only have to worry about me and work. No more papers or school work.

If my life was truly simple, I would be sitting around doing everything I enjoyed and not having to worry about work, or other crap in my life."
