After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

An edit I did that took some time and patience to get right. Browse through the thread to see what all I did with it. Which brings to mind another thing. I'd like to upload that, but don't know if she's from any anime, or just a doujinshi. :( Kind of dissapointed if that's the case cause I'm really proud aboot the way it turned out.

Anyway, whenever we get a PM letting us know our submission was rejected; would it be possible to add the name of said rejected submission in said PM? That way, even though, it's pretty damn obvious what it is; morons like me that are having a total blonde moment won't scurry off to our already meager (pity me) wallpapers and see what got deleted now, but instead know that we suck and that the wallpaper that we TRIED to upload got bounced?

Would that be possible? Huhuhuhuh?"

"Well, I want to stick with the Lucky Strikes idea simply because of the double entendre of sex. Get Lucky/smoke a Lucky Strike... yeah. So, if anyone can think of a good inuendo for sex that goes with a specific type of candy then I'm more than open. As for the girl; I realize that she and the BG don't exactly match but I'm at a loss for what do do to the BG to get it to match. Any suggestions on that end?

"She looks like she's just copied and pasted onto the BG with little or no extraction. If you want my opinion? Extract her fully and then convert her into a brush; make the brush color black and put her onto the BG. Oh, if you don't have any feet, then don't show her nubs. ;)

The tracing you did was really well done. The only thing about the wallpaper, it doesn't really have a wallpaper touch to it. I'm not that sure why, but it might be because it was like watching a video and suddenly capturing a screen, which it is. What would be good though, if you were to extract the legs and sword, extend the legs to complete it and resize it to make it smaller to fit into a corner of a wallpaper. Make it as if she's sitting in some dark alley doing his/her 'berserk' thing. Sorry, I didn't watch the anime yet so I got no idea who the character is. XD. I hope that helps. Sorry if I sounded harsh. D:

Anyway, her right eye is turning red, which, if you've seen the anime know that she's going into berserker mode. I suppose though, it's too subtle; well that and all the blood spatters, and the wording on the blade. *shrug* Any suggestions?

"Okay, this started out as a screen cap that I got from Blood+ ep. 5. Since I'm lazy I'm just going to quote exactly what I did with the trace from another message board, then show the wall after I've done some more work on it.

This is by far my most extensive trace to date. I think I keep saying that, but this time... yeah. The eyes? The right eye, I used 21 layers, and I think, before I merged the left eyes layers, I was at twenty. The sword itself has... twelve, thirteen layers... So yeah this SOB took some patience; especially since my computer is being so slow. One other thing worth mention is the sword. Almost all gradients. I think, that somehow, it came out alright.

Oh snap. I forgot to mention that I had to use the clone tool several times and the blur brush to blend all these gradients together. The outline was almost entirely erased and redone because I didn't like the way it was initially.

See? Too lazy to try and remember what all I did to the trace. So, anyway like I said, after I traced it, I put it up on a couple of sites that I frequent meanwhile thinking about how I wanted to do MORE to it. More as in make an actual wall out of it. The initial idea that I had for it; sucked. It would have looked cool, but not with this one. Anyway, what do you think needs what?
