I think that body language would be the easiest and most reliable way to tell. Let me try and see what I remember...

Body language consists of two basic types of gestures: open gestures and closed gestures. Open gestures are displayed when the woman is interested in or attracted to the person presented to her, while closed gestures are displayed when she is not.

Open Gestures
~Once you make eye contact with her, watch her for a few seconds after she looks away. If she does something that implies that she has become nervous due to you making eye contact, this means that she is interested in or attracted to you. For instance, she will play with her hair, adjust her clothing or jewelry, or fiddle with something in her hands.
~She will expose her wrists and palms of her hands only to people she is interested in.
~Her shoulder orientation is one of the most obvious signs of attraction. Her upper body will be facing you if she is interested, in essence, she points her shoulders at what she wants.
~Leaning foward is also an easy sign to pick up. If her shoulders point at you and she is leaning towards you, then she probably likes you.
~Her pupils dilate. This happens while looking at a person she likes, and will get smaller while looking at a person she does not. Keep in mind that lighting can greatly effect this. For instance, if you are outside when the sun is present, her pupils may appear to be very small no matter how much she likes you, and vice versa. The best method to use for testing this is when you can view the change in her pupils when looking at you and then at someone else.
~Check to see if she smiles at you when you make eye contact.
~She laughs at your jokes, even if they're not funny.
~She makes physical contact, ie touches you when you guys are talking.
~She will make eye contact with you and hold it for a longer than usual period of time, almost uncomfortably long. Or you notice her looking at you frequently.
~When she's talking to you, she tilts her head to one side or plays with her hair
~She goes out of her way to get you to notice her
~She initiates the conversation
~She asks if you like certain activities. Does she ask you about your hobbies? Is she being more specific, and asking you if you like a particular pastime? Although she is not actually asking you for a date, it's an implied way of doing it. She could be leading up to asking you out or paving the ground for you to pop the question instead. If the activity in question is dancing, movies or dinner, then it is almost certain.
~She pays you a compliment.
~She imitates/mirrors your body language, ie little things that you do.

Closed Gestures
~She rolls her eyes or is doing something that shows that she's not interested.
~She crosses her arms... This is a tell-tale sign that she is either agitated, nervous, uncomfortable, or just does not like you.
~She crosses her legs and points them AWAY from you.
NOTE: If she points them towards you, that could mean that she's interested in you.
~She leans away from you, wanting to put more distance between the two of you.

O.o this is something I once read to see if someone is checking you out.
Look at your watch, count to 3, then look at her. If she looks at her watch also, then she was checking you out. It is a natural human reaction to mimic the actions of someone that you are interested in. By looking at your watch, you will spark her curiosity and she will be wondering what you are waiting for, and with no other source to gather information from, she will look at her own watch to try to at least determine the time of your expected event.

no matter what you say, people male and female ALWAYS and firstly look after how the person looks, no matter HOW nice you would like to be, thats how it is, after the looks are a ''okey'' and abov the personality comes, if thats a bad one, mean and yeah so on, the person will most likly not be with that person, BOTH things has to be ''okey'' to start somthing, i am sure no one would go out with a X(imagion the X is somthing, dunno what)

No, you can't. Try sizing them down... If you have adobe photoshop, try using the option called save for web.
