Ummm, I would have to say Naraku from Inuyasha.
He pretty much ruined everyones life in the series in some sort of twisted way. >:(

He did so much evil! He made Inuyasha and Kikyo think they betrayed eachother, causing them to hate eachother. He killed Kohaku and the other demonslayers, than brought Kohaku back to life so he would fight his own sister. He's controlling Kagura's heart (one of my fav^^), uses people and demons to do his work and than kills them when he's done. He pretty much did everything evil someone could do. But still...he's one of my fav characters. ^^

I agree, he is truly evil..."

I think you got the schemes right, but there is a lack of depth and the Ed looks a bit too thin. Make him a bit pudgier and shorter.
