Deppresion How Do You Cope With It

"Depression.... such a bittersweet friend of mine....Well, all the sugessions are good.. eating, sleeping at regular times are good. Don't oversleep or don't skip meals.
Have you spoken with anyone yet.. like a counselor, or a friend? I know it's hard to maybe talk with someone close to you, so find someone else to talk with. I have enough sessions with my therapist to know the helpfulness of it. If that's an issue, try to find a neutral party... preferablly people not affected by your family, but know you and your family.
Find and hang out with your friends, don't isolate yourself... if becoming snapish. breathe... pick up exercising if you haven't..
Keeping active is good.. but also know when to not overextend yourself is important.
The probelms of your family might be very stressful for you, but don't try to assume that it is your problem to fix your rest of the family. It's their life and even if you might be affected, becuase you're there... understand that it is their problem and not yours...
I'm kinda thinking about this through and though it might be hard to cope.. life gives trials and for you to overcome these obstacles build character and strenght in dealing with the reality.. "

"This is a difficult argument.. anime or manga.. I would always like to see the anime first.. because there's a visual to look at....try to get the image of a character percieved and then if there is a manga and then tha anime series stops.. then I'll go for it.. because series such as Hunter x Hunter, Fruits Basket or Kare Kano had a more complete conclusion than the anime. "Well.. I think from what people would see when they see my avatar is a pic of Arale.. I was two years old and it was about 1986... Dr. Slump was my very first anime..and so to this day..it is still one of my favorites.. A little info.. Dr. Slump is an earlier work of Akira Toriyama... I bet that people do know about it now, because the manga has been translated by Shonen Jump. "View

"Well for one thing... I love One Piece and I had to say that at first, I didn't like it because of the art, but I go over that... and grew to love the plot. There's so many characters in there..I can't say that I don't like them all with the exception of some villians... character-wise I really like Chopper, Luffy, Smoker, Robin, Zolo, Carou, Tashigi... and many others that I can't remember the name for."

"I would think that this is more fair for the male sex...there is female equality now, so instead of being accused of wanting to stay in the mental thinking where the men must always do this for a girl...they can always say to them that this is the day.
