Extraction questions

"Vectoring doesn't require that you extract the char, because you are creating a new layer with the outlines.
this requires using the pen tool.

another way to extract is to use the pen tool, there are some tutorials on that, try the tutorial board here.

Try some of the tutorials at good-tutorials.com or DA! Desktop Anime.

"Yeah, I have to agree with Eso, he is old...ewwwwww! I would have kicked him in the crotch, but hey, that is pretty much what i do when i'm nervous lol.

But maybe he was just being a guy (most are emotionally challenged, but not all) and thought you looked like you were about to cry so he tried to make you feel stronger and stuff.

The painted bg doesn't match the vectored character. Maybe try tracing the bg ?

Also some lines on the vector look kinda rough, especially on the bow. Plus, I think you forgot eyebrows...

Sorry, I wish I could tell you these things but my friend was on it before it happened...like 2 weeks ago. Then it just froze up. The mouse stayed in the middle of the screen, and the music stopped playing.

she was looking for pictures of 60's clothing, and listening to some music, with winamp. I had photoshop opened too.

The last thing I installed was a free trial of illustrator.

The last thing I downloaded was an mp3...

I have a Dell Inspiron 5150 laptop, and it's apparently broken. Every time I turn it on, a little underscore shows on the top right corner. This has been going on for weeks.

Mwah, how did this happen? Sometimes I get a message about new programs or hardware installed, but I didn't do any of that stuff.

Please someone help me, or at least suggest a new laptop to buy. I would prefere a good value, if possible, because I have to pay for it myself, and all I can do during school is babysit, plus I have a trip to pay for as well.

Also, I am very interested in any one elses previous or current computer problems...to make me feel better.

Of course, I would prefere to keep my old one...I have like 700 mp3's and many WIP's.

also, i hate it when people put there sigs in places that are not hidden under the task bar...it looks kinda tacky and show-off-y.

"Yes, get rid of the rainbow, it's kinda ugly, and the effects are too uniform. the text doesn't quite work either, too big. also the font itself is weird.

extraction needs work too.

Listen, if you are too lazy to make a wall it's best, then please don't make them. Walls are something you make for yourself, and if you don't wanna spend your time on them, then no one wants to bother to view it. You are actually pretty talented, but your attitude sucks.

I would like to see where you can go with this, please don't give up.

I am usually described as very "perky" :D but when I am down I talk to someone close to me or try not to stress over my life problems. Around people I don't know I am very shy (usually) I have gotten more confiedent over the years, although I have had my big share of people putting me down, not so much now though. When I was younger I would try and ignore it, now I stand up for myself. I just try and stay happy :D and "quirky" and muck around ^^

Lol, we have a lot in common.
When I was like 11, i was very depressed. I would be lying if i said suicide didn't cross my mind.
But one day i looked in the mirror, and i couldn't even recognize myself. that's when i started living for me.

I think it helps to have someone who loves you too, even if it is just one person or even your cat. just realize you are not alone. Try reading Fruits Basket lol. It really changed my outlook on life.

besides, everyone likes the oblong gingerbread man, cause it's more interesting. don't worry about cookie cutters or people who are too afraid to accept others.
