" Agreed. Grave of the Fireflies is one of the greatest films I've ever watched, animated or otherwise. My High School Japanese teacher insisted we watch it. I found myself constantly wiping tears from my eyes as it drew to a close.Not to say that Cowboy Bebop's ending wasn't powerful. I sat in silence (except for the credit music playing) for near five minutes after Spike came down those stairs. If it weren't for that anime, I would never have become the anime/manga fan I am today"
