After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

First wallpaper...

"I would recommend to get rid of the circular pattern in the background.
Instead I would probably use difference clouds for the background by making a new layer of just black and making a second layer above that with two dark colors such as green(since that's the color theme) and black and make sure those to colors are mixed up but fill up the canvas. Then go to filter(I believe it is) and go to render and choose difference clouds. The tone down the opacity on that layer so it blend well with the layer below it.

But since the background I just explained is dark it would make your image pop out too much but you could use brushes and other techniques to possibly blend to two together.

I hoped that help! Just an idea of what to do with your wallpaper also, I hope you get the inspiration your looking for.

A little help on a wallpaper?

5 months 3 weeks ago

"So I've picked out this wallpaper Golden Sun Image. It's not in good quality right now and I want to repaint it and possibly submit it on here. The problem is I've never repainted images before so I'm getting by a little using my own sort of techniques. What can I use or do to repaint this? I'm currently using a soft brush and filling in the color on top in a new layer and then just blending it in. I need some help on the lighting of the photo and mixing the lighter and darker colors. I'm also using Adobe photoshop cs3.
My wallpaper thus far
