"Personally, i think you should not fret too much. Your first wall is pretty good, however the hand proportions are a bit off and there's something about the face that doesn't seem right to me (it could be her hair not looking very realistic) I can understand where hatesyou is coming from with your fan art, however I think AP only accepts "good quality" images, and yours could use a bit more work, i'm sure with a few improvements it'll get accepted. The background looks lovely though!"

"I don't think smoking is healthy, so I would never try it! I heard that tests were taken and experiments and all that were conducted - they showed that teenagers who don't smoke before they're nineteen, will likely not start at all! I hope its true for me =] I'm definitely not going to try."

"This one is so CUTE! Everything about makes me think of double bubble bubblegum =] LOL. so anyways, the colour combination is okay, I'm not a big fan of pink and blue contrast, but i do see it matches with the image's colours. Everything is so static and centered. Maybe rotating the flower a bit so its not so centered and formal. The text does seem a bit weird where you placed it. I think it would be better if it went across the wall at the bottom. But good choice of pic its soo girly and pretty! =]"

"Your first one looks pretty cool. The border is nicely done, however I think you can make the text stand out more, and maybe try to center it (it looks too far off to the left to me).

Ad for the red one. I like your whole concept and your revisions are really improving the design! I don't think the colour of that "reddish fog" goes well...or maybe it's just because it seems a bit too thick. I can't quite see these "memories" in the background either, maybe making them more visible would be nice? As for the text, try centering it. It looks unbalanced on the left side."

"I like the idea that Kisaragi-Zeet suggested. However if you do want to keep it on the cape, I would suggest making it brownish, or lower the opacity. The black stands out too much. But overall, great work! I love the whole simplicity of it. I wouldn't mind using this one as my desktop ^_^"

"Did you lower the image quality of that scan? because it looks a bit fuzzy to me - and I'm looking at the revised one. I like the burn effects you placed on the the characters! That was a lovely finishing touch. I'm not liking the text at all. The font definitely doesn't go and the capital letters sort of ruins it, or it could just be the spacing between the letters...Also I would also suggest changing the word, because Shin looks more sad at this moment, not very angry."

"The wall is looking good! I'm liking the while cityscape for the background. I would not suggest getting rid of the watermark on your own - that would probably be violating some policy of PhotoPass - would you like someone taking your name off this wallpaper and using it for their graphics? That is what a watermark is - like a sig on your wall. As for the image, I would say make that outter glow solid instead, something about it isn't right."

"Hey everyone!

This is my first wall I think that might get accepted here. I've been working on it for the past 2 days now, asking some of my other designer friends for suggestions, then I discovered this thread ^_^ so I would love any critiques! This one is from the anime series The Law of Ueki, featuring the main character Ueki. The original scan was of an okay quality, so I tried to fix that up with blurs and overlays to finally achieve somewhat of a nicer quality. The branches I did on Photoshop CS. I tried my best to make them looks real, or somewhat more suitable with the image. If there are any suggestions on improving the branches I would love to hear them! Also, I find the left half of the wall seems a bit too empty. Well I'm very open to any critiques and new ideas for improvements.

"Amazing wall! I'm really liking the whole snowy effect. The background could use a bit more work though. If I'm not mistaken, those are woods at the back right? Like trees, because then I would suggest adding a tad bit of brown or darker navy blue, and making the trunks a bit more prominent (like making it appear more like a forest in the back). Other than that the image is an okay quality - it could be better, but the current quality doesn't take away from the wall too much!"

"The background looks pretty, however I think you overdid it with the birds flying - it takes away from the main focus which is Shin and Athrun. The ground should be made higher, because when I first saw this, I thought they were near some sort of volcano or magma river. The sky also looks a bit too strong and vibrant, it takes away from the two characters. I'm not sure if a sunset relates to the whole "enemy" theme, but it does work well to create the mood. I would suggest moving your text elsewhere, maybe to the top right hand corner and move Shin a bit more over to the left. I just don't think it should overlap the character. Also, the font you used doesn't really match the rest of your wallpaper. To me, a swirly, fancy font would not suggest rivalry or enemies. Try something like "MORPHEUS" or along that style - download text from DaFont "

"Your first wallpaper has a really nice design. I like the whole glowing rectangles effect, however you could make the white border a bit thinner, I think it overpowers the image its wrapped around. Also, I'm not really feeling the background texture. That could use a bit more work.

For your second one, it doesn't seem to be balanced, all the focus is on the left side of the wallpaper. The text does sort of act well to balance the wall, but it's not enough. I would suggest adding something to the right side or maybe making the image smaller and a bit closer to the text. Also, the background stands out too much. The pattern is lovely, however you could tone down the opacity a bit, so it doesn't take away from the main focus, which is your image. I hope this helps! =]"

"For your second wallpaper, I'm not sure if it was intentional but it seems like the guy is starring at the bright light ball in the center of the wall?, thats a good concept you have going! I would suggest making this light ball more prominent (adding some glowing effects, stars, brighting it up a bit) then your background wouldn't look so plain and you'd have something interesting going on between the character and the background!
