After viewing your wall, I think your background is a little bit too simple.
Also, your font is.. ok but i don't like it much, its a personal opinion, your choice of font.
The circle thing around the character, what is it? Why is one on top of the scans legs while the smaller circle is behind her?
The image is extracted well, and the reflection is good, good job ^^

After viewing your wallpaper, i noticed that your scans are not extracted really well. Maybe fix that..
Also, you are your wallpaper contains lots of different characters.., maybe only feature 2-3, not like 6 people.
Your background is pretty good, maybe just add some more "abstract" to it, ..

Anyways, after reading all the comments, i revised the wall again.
This time I deleted the stars and re-added them..,
Tried to add snow, very successful, but overall i like it xP (basically white dots = =''..)
I re-added the text, hope this is a better one..

The background is good, but are the clouds like a border or something? Or is it to represent a memory?
The scan doesn't blend in with the wall, so maybe put the scan over everything, don't have clouds covering it. This is only a suggestion ^^;;
Overall, its pretty good. It just needs some fixing~

I agree with DZeroX. The wall's too 'blank' at the moment.
You need a background of some sort.. maybe abstract. Your choice ^^;;
Also, from what you have achieved, the logo, thats what i think it is.., on the left top corner isn't smooth. It looks very pixelly.. (don't think thats a word.. = ='' but anyways).

"Hi, good first attempt for a the wall.
My first impression was that it was cute xD but also i noticed the images were
somewhat grainy, and also, there's this weird looking, in my opinion, blue water thing.
As the wall is very PINK, i don't think the water, lets call it that, doesn't fit with the wall..
This is a very simplistic wall, and thats not bad, but maybe a lil too simplistic.
Maybe change the background to a vector type stage, with lighting or something? Just an idea.

After reading them, I redid my wall by removing text and rainbow.
For the hair, i have absolutely no idea how to add the outline. The image was merely extracted.. maybe i extracted not so good >___>
My wall is currently textless, because i have no idea where to put the text..
any IDEAS? T_T''

@ranivus: yes, the sparkles were originally on the scan. If i add snowflakes, i think maybe too .. well sparkly = ='' I don't know.

Maybe for the background, add trees, grass etc., instead of a gradient. I don't know O.o
Also, is your scan outside or inside? I can't tell..

"Nice bg~ In order for your bg to work, you have to hav the exact size of your computer resolution or have a bigger background than your computer resolution.
So.. I'd suggest you to remake your background into something like 1024x768 or whatever your computer resolution is.

"Nice picture. I'm not so sure if you can just add text into a picture and call it a wall though. Did you do that? Hopefully not. Maybe extract the image and then add a background, text etc.
I dont know what IfranView so I don't know what it can do.
Also, you do know that a minimum wall has to be at least 1024x768 right? If you don't know the regulations, I suggest you to read the FAQ, it helps! xD

For your Asuka wall, the extraction is ok, but parts of her hair looks slightly weird. The background seems a bit simple, but thats only my opinion.
Also, the text doesn't fit the wall, and I can barely read it. Try another font or fix up the one your using currently..

The abstract background is nice, but i dont think it fits Kakashi quite well, in my opinion. A little bit bright maybe, try a darker color.

I like your background of blends and such, but it seems like you're using only so many brushes. Try to use different ones so the blends doesn't repeat.
The font seems strange, but i'm no good at choosing fonts anyhow.

"Good job. Your wall is ok, but I think your background is a little bare. Also, the extraction of the scan isn't all great because i can see "white areas" and the cut isn't clean on the left kakashi. I like your shadow idea on the right kakashi, but maybe not on the right one, i don't know. Maybe create an abstract background.. your choice. Hope this helps. Good luck. "
