A vector I made... Work in progress - Zangetsu

I tried doing a vector on a screenshot... I came out with this after combining both Adobe Fireworks CS3 & Paint Shop Pro Photo X2.

This is a render by itself, ready to use... I just wish that this post is not made in the wrong place (is there a Session Zero for vectors?) and I am now asking for advice from everybody here ^^' Also, would it make it in the Scan and re-cg area?

Well, I am rather confused about the fact that Zaraki may not know shikai/not use it.
And his speech is rather vague (when he states that his soul slayer has only one form - his true form), since a soul slayer's true form is its spiritual form (like Old man Zangetsu for Ichigo), not the blade which varies from sealed to Shikai/bankai forms."

If Ichigo released Getsuga Tenshou by then (before even Byakuya and Renji came), then I agree with Kenpachi unconsciously releasing a shikai ability. But... As, in general, you HAVE to know the name of your zanpakuto in order to have SHIKAI, I don't think that Kenpachi is any exception.

I discussed about it on my msn with a pro-AlwaysInShikai-Kenpachi and we both ended asking each other if Zaraki was having shikai or not. Both our arguments led us to believe that Tite Kubo wants us to discuss about this mystery and that we can't tell."

Generally, when I see something like "There angry", I'm not bothered... This kind of mistake is okay, as long as I can understand what is written.

But... When I see something like "tok2U l8r" outside SMS... I go (ok, I know that my example may be false)

I do worry about that fact actually since I once heard that someone wrote something similar during English classes, on the board, in front of his fellows as well as his teacher... Which actually made all of them laugh (exception made of the teacher, of course).

Note: About the spell-check, I try... But I don't succeed most of the time."

"Actually, I used a render that I found of Szayel Aporro... But I can fix that.
As for the background, I used textures as well as a bunch of C4Ds (some gaussian-blured, some not) as well as Apophysis pngs.

The whole thing was planned in order to capture Szayel's motion.

As for the text, I did do Gaussian Blur.. but didn't want it to stand out too much.

I use Paint Shop Pro for my graphics...

But... I definitely take into consideration every line you put and am getting started on improving it :D"

math=hard or easy??

"1) Not a genious, but people consider me as quite skilled, while I know nothing compared to the real maths...
Since then, I will however say something about it: I prefer thinking in numbers and logic rather than anyway else... When I was little I trained myself on divisions/multiplications with using blunt sheets of paper (the best method), at times without it. Then, used to practice on how QUICKLY I could solve problems, but still... I always had (and have) a normal life ^.^

2) Well, yes, since I used to be in a special Math class in High School... I think that even now in college, if I failed at a Math exam, I'd have a bad comment about it (but that didn't happen so far)

3) (lol - that depends on my mood XD)

4) On High School, on the math classes, I used to get around B- / C- (tests are hard and long, but you actually can't finish them since you don't have enough time - once I got an A grade but didn't understand how I actually did get it).
On college (university), it is generally A+ / A grades."

"Chinaman91, I'll ask you to take a deeeeep breath and to read between the lines.

1) Other people's opinions do count. That is why there are discussions.
2) You are misreading me.

I said that Ken-chan doesn't have shikai, yet he may have triggered an ability unconsciously. I am giving a comparison between him and Ichigo (before finding out the name of his zanpakuto) ;)

Elements used in the comparison:
- The fact that, as long as one guy doesn't know the name of his zanpakuto, he can't bring him to shikai. Period.
- But, fact is that Ichigo MAY have released a Getsuga Tenshou without even knowing the name of his zanpakuto, against that Gillian.

Thus, Kenpachi MAY have released a shikai ability at least once, or may release it unconsciously.

Now, for the Shinigami academy part, I assume that there are classes for kidou, since Rukia was from the best on Kidou classes.

What does this come to do with the present subject, you may ask? Kenpachi didn't undergo classes, thus (answering to Ace) unable to achieve any form of kidou.

For the fact that I'm a BLEACH-aholic, that's a rather offside remark. Also, I'll ask you to show me the NON-VAGUE remarks that say clearly that Ken-chan actually has shikai abilities/has shikai.

Furthermore, I would ask everyone to respect other people's opinion(s) without trolling; this is what a discussion/debate is about."

What do people think of Nel, that little Arrancer?

"Don't read it if you don't watch manga.

Nel is my third favorite arrancar (the first being Grimmjow and the second being Szayel).

Her "sado-masokiss" personality really makes me have hard laughs either in the Anime or the manga.

Her behavior towards Ichigo is like... a playful child to her "big brother" (remember the "Giddy up" line XD).

Now, for her fighting skills, for anime watchers, they only got a preview of her Cero Double, which is shown later versus Nnoitra. On the same sequence, we see that her will to protect Ichigo made her revert back to her adult form, for a quick revenge on Nnoitra.

(I expect this from happening every time she deems that the situation is desperate and has just the intent to harm)

Then, during the fight, we saw how much she cared for Ichigo... but anyway, I don't expect any IchiNel from happening.

I'm so far waiting for the filler arc to be over in order to see Neliel in the anime ^^

@ ppa: Her adult form will definitively convince you ^^

"Actually, he wants to enjoy fights. Well, also, Zaraki is the only captain that didn't have to go through the shinigami academy.

So, basically, he didn't undergo the kidou knowledge exams, the swordsmanship ones as well as the "know your zanpakuto's name and shikai" one.

Still, he was able to shunpo *just remember his fight against Ichigo when Ichigo had actually to hear Kenpachi's bells to locate him*


On the sideline, now:

Other theory that I will put: Zaraki's zanpakuto is nameless and Zaraki himself will give it a name. Let me explain it:

- Zaraki has no name to begin with and he had to give himself a name (as well as Yachiru)
- It is said that zanpakutos are LIKE the users (refer to Yumichika talking to his zanpakuto and insulting him - same for Matsumoto).

Taking these points under consideration, I say that the day Zaraki will give a name to his zanpakuto, he will be able to truly use shikai (maybe even bankai)."

"Ace07, please relax ^^ I saw the video and compared it to the manga... Actually, I am a manga reader (anime comes second to me, not as trustworthy as manga) and the manga part is rather vague...

He says that it is his only sword's true form... Not his Zanpakuto's true form. I don't think he truly knew the sense of a zanpakuto until he actually fought Ichigo.

He may have a forced shikai, but I'm sure of one thing: he has no shikai ability seen so far, unless it is Extra-cutting power, then he would have gotten shikai way before entering Soul Society XD

As for your point Ace07, I do not disagree with you ;) I'm left a little clueless by the Anime version of it now that I pay more attention xD I'll try to gather more information ^^"

I will remind you, first, about Ichigo fighting that Menos Grande.
Ichigo already had amazing reiatsu, and his sword was big... But it was NOT yet the shikai form of Zangetsu. Since Ichigo didn't know the name of his zanpakuto, he couldn't go shikai.

Although, he may unconsciously had made a Getsuga Tenshou (although I am not sure about this fact at all) at that time, cutting the Gillian. Yet, I am sure that he made a reiatsu slash, as Kenpachi made one when he released his eyepatch for the first time (making a flat collapse).

The same goes for Kenpachi. He doesn't have shikai since he does not even know the name of his zanpakuto as of now, but he may have triggered a shikai ability unconsciously.

Well, now I just stated an opinion based on facts... I am not claiming to say absolute truth or whatnot, since I am sure that I left something aside."
