My suggestion: Don't outline all of the folds - I think the outline is what is distracting. Highlights and shadows tend not to have outlines unless there is a sharp change in the image, such as a well-defined jawbone.

To ask for PSD cuts or clear backgrounds is a bit greedy in my opinion. To clean up and image and then extract them is a tedious and time-consuming job. People who do provide such things are just giving some small service to others and most will not do it on a regular basis. Plus, most will prefer to host scans instead as it is easier to scan and upload as compared to scanning, cleaning/re-CG and then extracting. I am not against getting PSD cuts or cleaned background scans but asking for more is a bit too demanding.

You should try extracting your own images. It will serve as a great practice if you ever want to go into serious walling.
