"Something more has to be done about the text. It looks like you just typed it and just adjusted opacity. It should integrate with the water rather than just be thrown on it. Yin and Mao look like they were just cut out, and you erased the bottom with an air brush. Does the original scan or source have more of her? It just doesn't seem right to cut her in half. I think you should go with another water theme. If the original scan has her feet, or at least more of her skirt, then try a rain theme and throw in a puddle there too."

"One thing that sticks out at me is the text. Looks a bit too grainy for my taste. Toshiro should be cleaned up a bit more as well. I see that you applied the color scheme with Toshiro as the tree, but it just doesn't seem to be enough. He should look like he was meant to be in that picture rather than just cut and pasted into it. Try to integrate a snowflake or something ice/snow related as well since his zanpakuto is ice related. That bar thats underneath the words doesn't seem to fit in too. The background doesn't have to be populated with a lot of things, I just think there should be more going on. You definitely have a color scheme going, but this wall still needs some work."

"To me, the earth light wallpaper doesn't really have much going on. You got something going there with the two people on the bottom, but the plain texture of the rest of the wall offsets that. Perhaps a background? You can easily turn this into an outside or inside kinda wallpaper. The background should have that "soft" look too. Otherwise you have a good start. Can't wait to see how this turns out.

The second wall, I get that "story book illustration" kind of feeling when I look at it. Was the original picture naturally like that? If possible, it would be good if I can see more of the two characters. Perhaps you can make the wall widescreen. It would be cool if you could improvise and draw more stuff in the background. This wallpaper can actually turn out pretty well."

"Most recently I loved the music from Assassins Creed. The score that plays when you ride through the country, walk through a city, or get chased by soldiers...It makes the game play a lot more worthwhile. Honestly, the game can get repetitive with missions and fights. I'd stab and push a soldier off a building to get more running after me over and over just so I can hear the music...

"That would be a mixed blessing. First off, that would be awesome. Then again realistically, that is a pretty big threat to my life. I live on an island...thousands of miles away from a continent...I can't fly a plane...No boat that i can drive can reach there...so this would definitely pose a problem for me. I wouldn't look for survivors either, I'd take whoever is with me at the time. No matter what your skill, weapons, or physical fitness, numbers can always overcome. Thus the only real weapon I have over zombies is my mind. I personally wouldn't want zombies invading my town, but I love the challenge. I love it when odds are stacked against me. I work best when theres a high risk of failure. If I were alone, this would the perfect test of my survival instincts. "

"I just caught the premiere today, and wow. This is a must see, I haven't laughed so much watching a movie in a long time. Highly reminiscent of high school. Gave me an important message too, growing up was a lot more fun than being grown up. Enjoy high school if you are still there, and definitely catch this movie next week on the 17th."

FFXIII: Next big hit or a crash and burner?

"I have already made the mistake of judging games based on a few pre-rendered scenes. I'm not going to lie, those FFXi movies look amazing. But saying whether not FFXi will either hit it big or fail based on that is WAY too early. Also crashing and burning is out of the question. As someone said earlier, the game will sell on the name alone. I've sold games for awhile, and every new release (or remake) with the name "Final Fantasy" in it sells out.
I have played every final fantasy, and I will definately get my hands on Xi. Whether or not the game hits or crashes is irrelevant. "

"I wouldn't have to resort to that kind of thing. A teacher I had back in high school trained me to absorb information without notes. Helps me even now during my lectures. Sure you could cheat, but its just gonna come back and bite you later on. I'm not talking about guilt. I am pursuing nursing, and its gonna be pretty bad if I screw up because I don't remember what I learned. "

How long does it take to read manga?

"It totally depends on the manga. Common martial arts manga, or teen drama would probably take 30-40 minutes. If its something that demands quite a bit of thinking like Death Note, then I usually take up to 50 minutes to an hour."

"I kind of agree with sacredessence. The moon is kinda pixely on the outside. Also the girl's face is kinda bright. I can barely tell that she has a mouth. I think the character should integrate a bit more, like it was originally meant to be in that picture. It sort of gives me a feel that it was cut out and glued on, no offense.
The wording is fine, but I think it should stand out more. The background itself is fine the way it is."

"What kind jumps out at me is the text. The wallpaper is fine, its just that the text doesn't integrate that well with the sand. The text should be in such a way that it looks like it "sinks" into the sand, kinda like how someone writes with their finger. Maybe a different text perspective would be good to. The sky is also kind of plain. Could use a couple clouds here and there. Aside from all of that, the wallpaper is fine."

"I give any series I that catches my eye a thorough 1 volume read before I make a decision. If I enjoyed it, then thats what I will be buying for a few months. The things that catch my eye are usually art style, or familiar artists."

"My favorite character is Tezuka just because of his move, the zero shiki drop shot. He was probably the reason why drop shots are my specialty when I play =p. He could also beat all of Fuji's shots, and that is pretty badass =D."

"Geek? I usually don't see that association with people and tetris. I would associate Tetris players with people in the early 90's, which is kind of my generation. I'm not to sure how a game as simple as deleting rows warrants it as being a "geek" game. "

"Preferably, I want a car with good gas mileage, or a hybrid. Out here in Hawaii, its almost $3 bucks a gallon, but I can go about a week and a half before I fill up. I don't have to go that fast either, speed limit here is like 60 =/"

What do you think is most important in an anime?

"First off, presentation. A lot of anime is based of manga, and thus I have certain expectations. Of course I will know the plot of a manga based anime, but wheres the fun in that? Any animator can copy a manga plot point by point, but what I like to see in the anime is how they interpreted it and what they wanted to add.

Second, plot. If it seems predictable, and I find that my predictions are correct, I lose interest. I want a plot that is going to keep me guessing.

Third, art. Though colored hair is cool =P, it can be repetitive sometimes. I usually like anime that is a bit more down to earth, with natural hair colors, and places we would actually experience in real life. Then again, I do enjoy wild hair colors and the zany antics of some poor soul who gets it all in the end =)."
