Suggestions/ Help with my Panorama Wallpaper

"The problem with paranoma type walls is that you have too much blank space on the top and bottom while the characters are restricted to the horizontal strip and are rather small. This is just a wild idea, but how about about cropping and transforming the sections so that it looks like it's on a 3D cube? Or maybe on a circular ribbon?

If not, how about making the top and bottom border on the paranoma thinner, and making the GUNDAM SEED font bigger and the SEE-SAW-ANNATI ISSONI... smaller so it fits under the GUNDAM SEED font? To fill in the space on the top and bottom, perhaps some faint tech patterns?"

"Firstly I would suggest focusing on one scan, instead of two. In my opinion, your background seems to suit the one on the right better. If you intend to keep the one on the right, I suggest you either find a better quality scan or re-vector the scan, it currently is too blurry. Perhaps you could also remove the outer glow on the characters. The font could also maybe be made a bit smaller, right now it looks like it's competing with the characters for space. May I also suggest you put your signature on the bottom, so it can be hidden by the taskbar?"

"This looks nice, may I recommend you remove the outer glow on the characters, and maybe add some shadows? one way is to duplicate the layer with the character and filling it with grey, gaussian blur it 4-5px and transform and change the blending mode to your liking. I also suggest removing the sun on the left, or at least lowering the opacity. "

"May I suggest you transform/rotate some of the flower petals so it doesn't look so uniform? Perhaps adding other flowers besides sakuras would make it less repetitive? I also think you should remove the pink shadow that the petals and flowers have. Otherwise, this wall looks ok to me, simple and clean. ^^"

"First I would suggest shifting the characters to the center of the wallpaper. If you want to keep the yellow checkered pattern, then I suggest lowering the opacity a bit, or it would be a bit overwhelming. Perhaps scattering more flowers around instead of limiting it to within the box would make it more balanced? Also, you may want to check the extraction on Toru's legs. Her uniform also looks a little pixellated.. Another thing you may want to consider is changing the border of the scan to something like a doorway or curtains instead of plain yellow checks. "

"If you are going to go with a flower field, my suggestion is to find some flowers that are painted in the same style as the character, fill the background with it, then transform perspective to get it to look like ground. Meanwhile I'll just comment on version 3. I think that the ground needs to be transform->perspective tilted a bit, play around with it.. However the main issue I see is that the bricks are not in the same style as the scan, I would suggest something like white marble with streaks or different coloured bricks/tiles (from purple to say some more warm colour closer to beige to match the scan?) You can find some nice textures at http://www.accustudio.com/ The text looks a little solid, perhaps changing the blending mode of the text to soft light or overlay would make it look better? "

"The idea is good, but something is off. Firstly the blood needs some darkening or variation in colour, and the network pattern on her clothes looks too uniform, maybe lessen it? I'm not sure about the bleeding ground which used to be a wall and the perspective looks a little odd since it used to be a vertical scan... The wings/thing growing out of her head also is a bit distracting, perhaps removing it and reconstructing the background would make it look better."

"The peacock idea in the background is interesting, but in my opinion, the peacock head sticking pointing towards yuuko seems odd. Perhaps you could either flip the peacock to face the right instead or get rid of the peacock in the background. Also, maybe you could restore some of the detail to the background, it currently looks a little blurry."

"The first one is interesting, she looks like she's got something growing out of her eye @.@, The only thing that looks odd is the number on the bottom left, it seems a bit colourful compared to the rest of the piece, but otherwise it looks good :3 I like the haibane renmei one better though, probably because I'm a sucker for the sepia toned textured look, you know I am ><;; The three vertical boxes is a nice touch, which reminds me of those techy wallpapers which have boxes like these. mm mmm...
