After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! A lot of the functions they have around the desktop alone is very pleasure to my eyes. Then there's different features it has with MAC OS, without the spyware in the PC equivalent.
However, a lot of things I do, such as gaming and coding, I do much more efficiently on the PC. I'm also a hardware nut, so I like to customize my PC into a LAN PARTY sort of thing."

An Anime Review show?

It looks like one of them review shows, kinda like G4TV\'s Attack of the Show and X-Play. I dunno what to make of this show though. It looks like not my cup of tea.

"I couldn't agree with you more, especially if you have a case fan next to it. Sadly, that thing didn't came out when I was shopping for a CPU heatsink/fan =/.
I think 80% of the sound comes from the design of the CPU fan/intake/whatever itself. It looks like it draws in air from the outside. At a high RPM, this concentrated drawing of air could likely be hitting your motherboard just so it could spread the air to its outside environment. The other 20% of the sound is the power supply. Most new power supplies are now built with a 120mm fan at the underside to cool it. Some has both 120mm and 80mm fans, but the thing is that the 80mm fan isn't spinning as high of a RPM.
Lastly, this is what I used to replace most of my sound. Now it's very whisper quiet. Some even say it's even quieter than those using watercool (pumps and radiators do generate noise =/)

RAM does not effect download speed. That's pretty much a given if it's under the basis of general use. But we're talking about 128MB RAM here. I'm also afraid of what is his processor he's using. You know, RAM does affect download speed when you could barely use your mouse or seeing one of many crashes. Oh gawd, I can't even imagine how you view flash sites. I hope you're running Windows 98 as your OS."
