"If you want to keep the background on that style then that is ok. but i think you must colorized kakashi to blue. and i for god sake DON'T USE Magnetic Lasso Tool, USE Polygonal Lasso Tool after you zoom in x600 and then you get a perfect cutting image. and about kakashi himself i think the scan is not good. you can do the following:
1- go to Filter > Blur > Blur
2- go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise... (about 3.00)
then you can get a good image and you can put some effects like drop a shadow and white stroke (about 3) for example, try to make the character part of the background and i mean like one image. about the text, relocation it to the middle of wallpaper do not drop it to the bottom is not cool there.
hard work and you will get a cool wallpaper... my rate to this image is 2/10... good luck my friend. "

"(my opinion)
about to be a good wallpaper it must be:
1- the character must place to the right side of wallpaper if you attempt to be as desktop wallpaper cause the icons will cover on it.
2- the character must be as a part of the background ( i mean it is like one piece photo).
3- the character is grainy make sure that have a best quality.
4- use some effect on the character like drop shadow or glow it.
5- cutting the character from the original image must be perfect.
6- about the text make sure that it can be observing.
7- the background have many applying brushes, i can't know what it is represented.

that is my opinion my friend don't make you down... work hard... and you make a good step to ask our opinion... good luck

"I'm sorry about duplicate the thread cause my internet line get some problems I thought it is not submit yet so I repeat it in another thread. don't care about that thread (the second one).
and about (~end1182) for all the forums I chose this forum and become my fav cause I honestly found truth friends in this site and help me to approve in photoshop... I'm just really get angry when my wallis deleted... I worked hard for these especially Hellsing...
Need more idea about my Air Gear... and I will change the signature name to same username...

That was my 2nd wallpaper I repeat READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY PLEASE!
Now this is the wallpaper about Air Gear:

Why I want you to read that description because as I said it is been a YEAR since I submitted a wallpaper and someone his/her name is (+hatesyou) delete it and delete another wallpapers (Hellsing and Air Master) and he/she said the name on the signature is not the same the username... I notified you all to rename the from (Wallpaper By Dunpeal) to (Wallpaper By Shadow) and the agreed about that and then a shocked to know that all are been deleted, and I erased the project (*.psd) why all this long time and he/she decided to delete now? why didn't delete it in the same time I submitted?
All I want is to back My wallpapers online that deleted again and bring back my 300 papers.!
Note: I don't know this is the right place to say my problem?
seriously I need answers ... especially from moderators and administers... "

"I made it in red cause Alucard dressing red and the series is bloody and the blood is red...if you saw the first episode when Alucard stand under the moon and the sky was red....
so that is why I choose red....
and to who comment on the background I think is good cause I mixed two photos to get that and I can't use the blur to clean it cause is forbidden in this site....."
