Hm. Your moon or whatever seems really quite jagged. Fix that.
And then the neon signs really turn me off. They seem to just be floating there.
The fact that you only added windows to one building is really bad.
It sticks out too much, and you used too much black without any other effects.
Try adding windows to a few other buildings. From there on we'll see if there can be any other improvements.

PLEASE upload to ImageShack that way it's so much easier for us to see the FULL wallpaper instead of having to move it to the side up and down and such, just makes life for us to look at the wallpaper and give feedback to you. ^^ Thanks.

Hmm personally I'm not liking the fact that she's not in colour XP Since the background is a nice orange-yellow colour don't you think that you should make her colour? She's purple-pink right...if I recall XP I think that the wallpaper would look better if she had colour, not black XP that pattern thing is pretty cool on the bits of clothing. Your sig 'exspresso' is meant to be on the bottom of the wallpaper. One last thing, I like the arrows in the background, but maybe you could go more crazy with your brush work? Click here to be lead to a page where there is a list of websites which host Photoshop Brushes, try finding some vectored cirlces or something, some brushes that would go nicely with the wallpaper. The way you colored the character makes her look lifeless and actually kind of creepy. Also I'm not a big fan of the orange in the background nor the random pop brushes you used. Also, what outline do you have going in the background there? I can't make it out.

The rejection usually comes with a notice. it would help if you posted it. My guess however, would be because the background isnt too good. It's just a red brsuh right? You need to do more than that. Perhaps add some patterns to match the gold stuff around the characters. The text on the bottom isnt too flashy either. Do something about that.

ya, the regs say that the res has to be min 1024x768. like darkbluedesign said, some of the screenshots are blury. maybe you could vector the smaller pics, not only will it make it your own but the art will be the same for all of them. even though you have alot of stuff going on, the wallpaper still seems abit simple. maybe make the outlines of each box more intricate than just a plain outline. also, the main character should be abit bigger, that or make the screenshots smaller. the focus should be more on him.
