After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

"Super Milk-chan, bobo bo boboboetc.etc., Abenobashi, cromartie high school, dead leaves.Bobobo boboetc.etc. is stupid, but funny sometimes. So is cromartie. The rest of those listed = try-to-hards.
Naruto is stupid. DBZ and DBGT are stupid. Inuyasha is stupid. Random girl singing sensations with perverted jokes and horrible singing shows are stupid.
FLCL isn't "stupid". It's random, yes, but if you watch the whole show, all the pieces fall into place. It's actually a very deep show and it has tons of hidden meanings and jokes."

What makes it so hard for adults to accept the world of anime?

" My mom can't stand anime, but she doesn't mind my watching it occasionally. She considers them to be either immature and pointless or dirty and immoral. I believe it is due to shows like yugioh and pokemon; the one's that get a lot of advertising and the fact that most anime shows do tend to have "risque" pictures on the dvd boxes. I've tried to show her that not all shows are about over-dramatic card games/battling creatures and big boobs/panty shots.My dad, on the other hand, doesn't enjoy it, but he doesn't mind me watching it. He'll come in and sit down for a couple of minutes just to check it out and make sure it's "appropriate", but otherwise doesn't mind.
I think one thing that might have helped in my case is that I have yet to buy any dvds or anything anime related. Not because I download the shows or anything, but I borrow here and there, rent, check out at the library, netflix, ya' know, that stuff. If I did start spending money on anime, then my parents would probably become more forceful about the subject.
I believe the reason is because of what they see as outsiders looking in on the anime world. Most adults I know have only seen the above picture.
I dunno, that's just my thoughts on that subject."

"In my opinion, it is far from being the best anime ever. Eva's good and all, but not that good. There are plenty of shows I can name that are better.Anyway, to get to the point of the topic, I think it will either be hated or loved. I'm not really sure about the maturity levels of most who watch Adult Swim, so I can't really say. I have the dvds, so I probably won't watch the edited [AS] version.
I just wanna know if their going to show The End of Evangelion eventually, and if they do, how they'll edit it. -.-"

"I can't think of all my favs now...I'll have to come back when I remember them.One favorite I can think of, though, is Gundam 0800.
Some say it doesn't have a real story, but I think it has a great one! Sure, it's about a kid running around being obnoxious, but the love between Chris and Bernie, the friendship between Bernie and Al...and the ending is so sad and cruelly ironic that I have to have it in my top ten."

"Dubs over subs.If I wanted to read, I would buy a manga.
Simple as that.
But, there are some exceptions. Shows with bad dubs, or voices that don't fit the character are better in Japanese.

"My parents aren't too fond of anime. My mum because of all the pervertedness and cursing, and my dad..well...he's okay with it but would prefer not to watch it.They don't really mind that i watch it, but buying it is a "horrid waste of hard-earned money that should be saved for more important things".
Since I am a teenage daughter and it is my job to not listen, I drown them out and buy it anyway.
My older brother is into mech shows, like Gundam and Macross - the oldies.
My younger brother will watch anything. Anything. Kinda sad...
My extended family thinks all anime is for kids and wierd 40 yr. old men that don't bathe.
