This wallpaper gives us a perfect example of how a simple manga scan can be turned into a beautiful vector. Not only did danalm trace the lineart, but he also added amazing details and a simple, yet wonderful background. Furthermore, the wallpaper shows us how the monochromatic style can make your work look really interesting.
"Hi! I saw this board and wanted to share some of my oldie drawings. The style I wanted to achieve it's a merge of Katsura style with Urushihara style. I only drawed them and never painted, because since I was an "autodidact" (not sure how it's said in english >_<), I learn for myself and only concentrated in improving my drawing technic but never learned to paint. I'm talking in past tense, because I no longer draw anymore, now (if I have time) I play with Photoshop, practicing and learning how to make wallpapers! jaja :P
If someone like some of these drawings and use any of them for something (such a wall, vector, painting, etc), please advise me, I'd glad to see it. ^_^
