What will you do to your anime collection if you have grown and become parents??

"I would share it with my kids so that they could experience all the great anime that I've watched in the past. I'll never throw my collection away I wanna keep it for as long possible. Hopefully my kids will love it as much as I do and start collections of their own to build upon the one I already started, and so and so forth. "

"I think 'open-ended' endings are the most interesting. Happy or sad endings have too much of a final, end of the story forever feel to them and make the fact the the anime ended seem even worse for me. With an open-ending the story sort of continues in the minds of those that enjoyed watching it, and can continue the story in their minds for as long as they want."

"I really liked it, then again I watch tons of romance anime similar to this. Air-headed girl, dumb main guy character, chaos ensues to get them together. I know they aren't necessarily groundbreakingly good like Fullmetal Alchemst or Neon Genesis Evangelion, but I like all anime like DearS. Melon-pan!"

Anime Remakes

"As long as a remake isn't worse then the original and doesn't differ from the real story too much is a good idea. I remember when I first saw Guyver in the 90s and I thought it was okay, but compared to the manga it just wasn't that good. The first Guyver anime was way too short compared to how long the story is supposed to be. In 2005 I was really glad when I heard there was going to be a Guyver anime remake, and that the series would be longer than the original. I think all of the past anime that were based on mangas whose story had a bad ending finished deserve a complete anime series that covers the entire plot and the true ending."

"The only languages I've heard anime in were Japanese and English. Personally I hate the English dubbing of anime, it just sounds so terrible to me. I think the english voices are poorly done and are a waste of time. I believe Japanese anime is meant to stay in Japanese for the best experience. That's just my opinion."

Why do people Like Garra from Naruto??!

"I think there are a lot of different reasons why people like Gaara. One thing about him is his unique ability to control sand that makes his defense near perfect. Another thing about Gaara is that he has that sort of personality that hates every single person and wants to kill them, sort of crazy. That alone makes him a little intimidating when he fights because he'll try anything to kill or stop his enemy. Gaara also relates well with Naruto because they grew up as outcasts from their own people and society, so Gaara is sort of like another Naruto. Hate him or like him, Gaara has a really unique fighting style."

Full Metal Panic!, should i watch it?

"I think the Full Metal Panic series is a must-watch for any fan of anime. The series is full of great and memorable characters. Fumoffu is a hilarious sort of spin-off of the main story that has become one of my favorites. The mecha aspect of the Full Metal Panic anime is well done and not cheesy at all, at least thats what I think. Go watch it!"

Do u like FF Advent Children??

"I loved Advent Children. Incredible conclusion to Cloud's story. The silver-haired-men Kadaj, Yazoo, and Loz were some of the coolest looking villains. It was great to see the FF7 cast realized in good cgi form with real voices. Seeing them all together as a team was probably the most memorable part to me. Every single fight was great especially the ones between Cloud by himself against all three silver-haired-men. The Turks were great, Reno and Rude were funny as comic relief for the story."

"I guess this anime was really hyped up when it first came out and probably didn't fulfill everyone's expectations. I really enjoyed watching Cowboy Bebop. Spike is one of the coolest anime characters. I liked how each episode seemed like a totally different story all on its one, but it also bothered me how Spike's story wasn't given as much attention as it should have had. The ending was a little sad."

"Haruhi Suzumiya! There needs to be more anime of this manga, the first 14 episodes were so hilarious. Shakugan no Shana, there's still a lot more story left to be made in anime form. I'd like to see more development between Yuuji and Shana and that other girl who likes Yuuji, I forgot her name. There should at least be a second season for Shana."

HOW MANY EPISODES DOES AN ANIME HAS TO HAVE?

"As long as you're satisfied with the story by the end of the final episode then isn't that all that really matters? As long as the story reached good final conclusion then that should be fine. It does annoy me when an anime adaptation of a manga has an abrupt ending that doesn't do the story justice like Kare Kano for example."

"Insects and spiders. I hate when I'm made fun of for that, I don't make fun of other people's fears. Heights I've never been able to handle. Peering over a high spot immediately makes me feel like I fell off already and I get pretty dizzy. Losing my friends, family, or loved ones. That would leave me emotionally scarred forever if one of my loved ones died. I'm afraid of dying myself. To know that eventually my existence in this physical reality or whatever you wanna call it, will one day suddenly stop and I will cease to exist."

TV shows from your childhood

"The first Megaman/Rockman show. I would wake up early every Saturday to watch that show. It was so cool to me to see the personalities of all the enemy robots of Megaman. Cutman and Gutsman were the comic relief of the show, getting beaten and having their powers taken by Megaman in almost every episode. Rush seemed a little slow, sort of like Scooby Doo with armor and rocket jets on his paws. Protoman was really cool as Megaman's brother, he seemed really cocky and he was always planning something against Megaman. I loved that show."

"Great Teacher Onizuka, great characters and a very funny story. Onizuka would be the greatest teacher if he were real.

Fullmetal Alchemist, one of my top 5 anime. IMO one of the most unique and enjoyable anime.

School Rumble, love all of the comedy in the series.

Azumanga Daioh, craziest bunch of high school girls a lot of great laughs in this show.

Full Metal Panic Fumoffu, another excellent comedy. Sousuke does some hilarious things in a non-military environment."

"Well all anime have some good points in them. I would have to say Zettai Shonen because there was nothing going on in that anime that I found really interesting, and there was nothing that really grabbed my attention the whole time watching it."

Evangelion good or bad?

"I say one of the best. NGE had such a complex story most people find the overall story confusing after watching it for the first time, me being one of those people. The characters are so well developed it becomes painful to see what their experiences they've been in. Evangelion is certainly one of those anime where you have to really think when you watch it. Probably the most philosophical anime I've seen."

"I think the manga is better then its anime adaptation most of the time for the reasons others have already stated. Also often a manga is too long to be completely adapted to an anime series, which ends up being a rushed anime series that doesn't complete the original story. Love Hina being one of the best examples. In the manga the story went on for much longer then the anime series, and the manga had much better character designs. The manga had the true ending elso."

"I loved Shuffle, it was a very enjoyable anime to watch. All the characters had their funny moments and serious ones. I think all of the girls had a good and worthy reason for loving Rin. Kaede, Nerine, Sia, Asa all of them were good choices for Rin I think, but Rin had to choose one of them or he would end up hurting all four of them. I think the ending was great."
