Solution? Try media. Everyone hates media but everyone watches it. Also, you might have something called a governor which you elect. You might want to talk to him. If you have internet, you should be able to figure something. If you even bother to waste your time on this board, shouldn't you be trying other more relable sources for answers...

"HPs, Sony vavios should do the job fairly nicely for a laptop. But seriously, if you want a gaming computer, you don't get a laptop. They aren't built for that. On the other hand, if you are going for the cheapest one, Toshiba would probably do it for you, though their quality is not the greatest. Stray away from Dells/Gateways. Not the best in the world...Macs are a joke. Alienware is over priced. "View

"If you aren't doing too good, it may because you have a crappy torrent file. The cilent really doesn't very too much except for the nice visual effects. Also, check that your ports are open, that usually limits you downloading and upload speeds.To port forward, you connect to your router. If you don't know RTFM(read the f***ing manual). Usually in that manual you will also see port fowarding. Which then you follow instructions.
Ok, Seeds are what give you the files, you are a leech. Seeds have the entire file or have stopped downloading and are only uploading. They are there to make sure that the file will be spread to as many people as possible. To do this they give bits of pieces to all the leechers. Then all the leechers send them to each other. Thus you get a whole file. If there are no seeds, then it will be very hard for anyone to obtain the file. "

"Well, compared to other wii games, the online is pretty good. seeing as you can actually drag a friend into public game. It has sort of a halo 3 style of waiting people, where you just wait for random people to be randomly connected to you. If there is lag it is not on their server side seeing as I have many lag free games. For the game play, its the same mario kart that we found to love. Arcade style racing, without the technical tweekings of need for speed or grand turismo. "View

"Seriuosly? To the post above. My laptop with an intel graphics card can run it...Anyhow its just a farming game, that gets really boring after a while. I played till about lvl 25, and then got bored of it. You know how you have those games like lineages 2 or ro where people bot? Its basically a game that allows you to be afk... and grind. The monsters spawn like rabbits and the bosses are really boring.

"Cheating is neither bad nor good. Since those 2 things only exist in our minds as beneficial and disadvantageous. What is cheating? Cheating is achieving the same goal, with taking a easier path that breaks rules that are in place. Cheating is "good" because it allows us to achieve things without doing too much work. Basically, we increase our efficiency and productivity, thats obviously good. Cheating is also "bad", because it goes around the point of things, instead of taking the scenic path, you've cut through the forest. You defeat the purpose of it. Being dependent on it isn't really true. You can smoke without getting addicted, its just a very high chance of it. Same with cheating.Now, you all are goody goody people, who hate cheaters. Cheaters take things from your hard working hands. You work so hard, and someone else out bests you because they cheated. Whoopy do. Thats life and business, the real word has no social rules. People will go and surpass the social laws that we believe to be in place. Because nothing is fool proof cuz fools are too clever.
@solex: Thinking is what makes us different. It allows us to make a judgment call. If we all are think the same way, you are no different than I. You are not better than anyone, you are as worthless as all of us. And guess what, we all think alike. We all think alike, to an extent. We are all worthless to an extent. So don't oppress thinking, think about anything, who's to tell you not to? Its your choice to think like us all. ^^ great eh?

"Impossible.No matter what you do stopping time is like denying the existence of the 3rd dimension. Doesn't matter what stupid scifi things you pull it from, won't happen, not going to, get enrolled into a physics class.
First of all, time is not yours. We do not control time. Nor do we control dimensions. It is possible to dilate time, but stopping it, doesn't occur because if time stopped, you wouldn't be able to tell in that frame of reference, unless your reference frame's clock wasn't stopped while the entire worlds was. In that case, you must be moving or under enough acceleration so that you will reach light speed. Seeing as the faster you go the more massive, not size but mass, you will get, causing you to have to supply more energy into accelerating meaning you need infinite energy. Once you have infinite energy reaching a point where everything has stopped is possible.
Mind you what sess is suggesting requires you to move at a very high velocity near the speed of light. say .9c. Meaning in the earth's atmosphere you would burn. Or, you must be put under a near infinite acceleration. Infinite Gs anyone?
It is a fantasy of humans, such as superpowers and what not. Stopping time is great and all, but your still aging and the world isn't. You will just disappear to people. Also, if you were to restart time, then you would be older than everyone else. Also, to move in that frame, or move within the frozen frame would require you to cover a set distance/displacement over 0 time. Meaning the amount of velocity would be infinite and your acceleration must also. "
