"I kinda understand the comparisons of CoD4 to Battlefield, but having played Battlefield I can't say they're the same. They definitely are similar, but CoD4 feels a lot more action-packed and less annoyingly slow.

But maybe it's the small maps in the beta. I can imagine the multiplayer maps in the actual game being a bit bigger since they wanted 16 people playing at the same time. "

"You'd be surprised. I had the same fears, until I starting playing the beta. This isn't the realistic modern combat that we know, but modern combat call of duty style. They've done a fine job keeping the COD atmosphere and intensity, and I've been playing for hours on end. It's pretty addictive =P

COD4 can't really be compared to Battlefield 2. Battlefield 2 is a lot more slow-paced and bigger than C0D4. For one the map sizes are nowhere as big, and the maps are designed for fast paced action. It's still possible to go tactical, but it doesn't force you to do anything."

"I don't think that they'll have PC demo before the game comes out. There's enough hype going around the internet and gaming magazines that I think Infinity Ward is going to wait until a bit after the game releases to then release a demo.

Come to think about it, I was kinda surprised that the beta was exclusive to PC. Usually they do betas on PCs... "

I think the gameplay is fantastic. But I guess the graphics were kinda hyped. It's nice to have grass and dynamic lighting, but it's nowhere near the pics that I've seen online and in magazines. "

"Unless you were lucky enough to buy a good 360, or have bought a new model with the additional heatsink, I think it's safe to assume that you're gonna get the ring sooner or later.

I haven't gotten it yet, but I sent in my first 360 b/c it was scratching my discs. So hopefully the one I got back won't break anytime soon."

"Wow. I kind of expected someone here to be playing forza 2, but it's awesome to see such nice car designs. My designs are more inspired by actual racing cars rather than anime (which is weird considering i'm a waller here xD). But I can't show off my designs since my 360 is currently being repaired >_> And the irony is that I bought my 360 in anticipation for forza 2, but it broke just after I spent about a week playing it >.<

I've only played the Gameboy Advance version (I think it was first Fire Emblem, not sure) before. I think it's good, but I think it game would be better if didn't have any storyline.

Are you serious? Besides the gameplay, the story was one of the most awesome things about the game. Though I do admit, the story scenes do get a bit tedious after your 5th playthrough, but I still love the characters and the story.

The game rocked. It was the only reason why I enjoyed my gameboy advance so much. I haven't tried the gamecube version yet, though I want to. Maybe I will a year from now when gamecubes will cost as much as a used game :D

We definitely need more FE games over here in the U.S. ^^"

PS3 Price drop (most likely)

"The price drop for the PS3 is indeed fact, but keep in mind that Sony is doing this to eventually phase out the 60GB model. According to the latest reports from Joystiq, Sony is saying that they are introducing the 80GB PS3 for $599, so it will share the market with the 60GB model at $499.

Keep in mind though, that Sony probably going to stop manufacturing the 60GB soon, but there's going to be enough in stock to last for several months.

"Depth-wise, you're allright. The shadows and the effects of the flying pieces of floor (i'm guessing they're parts of the floor) all make the wall look great. The logo too is fine. You really don't need to add anything more.

But while we're talking about depth, you might want to fix how the girl in the far back right is standing in front of the hair of the girl on the right of the kos-mos in the center. If she is supposed to be in the back, she is supposed to then be behind the hair of the girl in front of her. But other than that really nice work. I'm sure your brother will be happy :)"

"Another way you could approach this wall is if you vector Riza into a back and white vector, so the whole wall would be black and white. This way you wouldn't have to worry about color, and it would look pretty stylish overall. But if you're going to stick with the colored version here, I agree that the smoke and blood should be removed. In addition, the drop shadow you added on Riza doesn't really do much, and will probably look better if it isn't there. Nice work over all though. Good luck on finishing the wall ^^"

"Overall a nice looking wall. I agree with the others that the white outline doesn't really belong. But other than that, the only other thing I see that can be improved is the orange lights you have on the left side of the wall. They look pretty basic and out of place compared to all the detailed effects on the right side. Perhaps making them smaller and a bit brighter would make them look much better. "

"It seems that the scan that you're using isn't of high quality. I'd hate to say this, but perhaps you should find another scan to work on. But if you do find a higher quality version of this scan, one thing you could work on is the text. Having too much text is something that is generally looked down upon, so try to limit it to a few words. Also, perhaps picking another color, such as white, would work better than red for the text color."

"The grass blur almost certainly has to go...it's a bit too distracting, and it isn't doing much to enhance the wall at any rate. The stars and planets can be softer...try duplicating the stars layer, slightly blurring it, and changing the layer properties to something such as soft light or screen, then lowering the opacity. It'll look better that way.

You sure picked a hard scan to work with...the reason why I said that is because of the lighting on the girl makes it so that you have to match the lighting to the rest of the wall. Try and see if you can create some light to shine on the leaves so she blends in better. But other than that keep up the good work ^^"

"Unfortunately, I think it can be submitted as it's wall made from your original art work, and not from an anime scan. I may be wrong, but I do know that a friend of mine here had their wallpaper removed for that reason.

Other than that though perhaps you need to add a bit more to the wall other than a simple background texture. What would look really nice is some snow, or perhaps some sparkles. And as for your signature, it would be awesome if you made it a bit smaller and less bright.

Hmmm...as for the text, try a easier to read font. I really like the style, but it's a tad too hard to read heh. Other than that it's really impressive that you drew that :) Heaven knows that I can barely draw stick figures XD"

"Mmmm...it does look pretty good. I think some text and a few effects in the empty right hand area of your wall will complete it. Also, be sure to correct the sharpness of the black outline on the card, because it looks a pit too sharp and pixel lated. A simple blur (not too strong though) will correct that ^^ "

"Personally I would use something easier to use like a watermelon instead of a beach ball. But that's only because it would be really hard to match the style of the scan with a texturized beach ball. If possible, add a couple sea shells and to add some life to the sand.

The text should be a lot smaller, perhaps located in the sand. Like previously mentioned, try other fonts besides papyrus. But overall nice work, espically on the water. The sand just needs a little more work to make it look better, and the sky looks pretty good. Keep it up ^^"

"I'm currently right by the beach in San Diego, California. Down here, the weather is sunny, sunny, and sunny with a couple clouds. The weird thing was that it's fall, and it's still 85 degrees here. All the more awesome to go to the beach ^^"
