As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!
Everytime I listen to Long dream, it reminds me of Shiki . Maybe that could be her theme song (?). Oh, and don't forget "Transformers". That song really reminds me of Beat. (the remix of the song also remids me of Linkin Park for some unknown reason).
@BCB Enough to have the gist of you two minxes, but nothing deeper. @$Sashi How are you tonight? @~Loleta So catchy, I always loved it. Leah is great! Long Dream is great too.
Nothing much (although, it feels like I'm forgetting something). Anyways, I'm listening to "Calling" from T.W.E.W.Y, and thinking up a poem for my group. I'm becoming worried, though. I don't like working on poems out of work. I want to write poems out of

"Hmm... I can't really say, since I only played half of FF7 until it decided to stuff up on me. =/
As for your other question, well, it's a simple case of demand and supply. The game isn't being produced anymore, and there are still a lot of people trying to get their hands on it, thus making it more expensive. " View

Poor Rolo, I was quite sadden by his departure, even though I hated him with passion for most of the series. There's just too much for Suzaku to take in and handle at the moment, I wouldn't be surprised if he became the Darth Vader of CG. Anyway, I absolutely love what Lulu said at the end, despite having almost nothing left: "My father, Charles Di Britannia. In my path down to hell, I shall have you accompany me". It's just so awe-inspiring... for Lulu to be able to produce a line like that at that time was truly beautiful, in a sense. :)

"I rarely play PC-related games these days, mainly because of the workload of school and other commitments. As for MMO-RPGS, I'd usually lose interest after a week or two of playing it. I can't stand the level-grinding, it's just intensely boring. There was a game, or 'map' I should say, that I was fairly addicted to... which was Defense of the Ancients, or simply abbreviated as DotA. But currently, these online games just seem like a waste of time, especially if it requires you to sit down on your butt for 30 hours, grinding your ass off. " View
Final Fantasy IV DS

"Currently it's midnight and I have no intention of going to sleep, so starting a new thread should reduce my boredom, hopefully. I know, I'm well aware there are probably countless of FF threads, but since this is a new game (sort of), it can be an exception! :)
Well, to kick things off, the English version of Final Fantasy 4 DS was released in America a few days ago, and I was wondering if anyone has played it? From the reviews and my four hours of playtime, it seems decent for a remake of an old-school role-playing game. I love the Final Fantasy series to bits and pieces, specifically 8. I remember back in the good-old days, when one of my relatives first introduced me to the FF universe, my first impressions of 8 were "what the hell is this? All you do is walk and talk!". Thank god I decided to borrow the game and confirm its brilliance. As I manage my way through the inevitable world, I started to notice the absolutely awesome soundtrack and story, which I had taken for granted. The game itself was so compelling I decided to branch off to the other titles in the series, and played 7 and parts of 10 -- which were indeed fun and intriguing, though the sequels on the other hand... was a bit disappointing to say the least.
Anyway, I haven't touched any of the earlier titles in the FF series until last year, when the remake of FF3 was on its way to the DS. It was alright, though the plot was pretty cliche, and there wasn't a lot of dialogue to keep you interested. So, back to where we started; the remake of FF4 is promising and seems to have a fair amount of potential thus far. There's also a few new features to help assist the old-school nature of the game, such as the upgrade to 3D and of course, voice-acting and dynamic camera-angles! Which leads to the questions... what are your thoughts on the game? Are you going to buy it? If not, then why?
"Silversquall, huh? Then it's safe to assume you're a Final Fantasy 8 fan! Yes, I loved that game with passion, shame I don't have it anymore. Anyway, welcome to the delicious world of AP and enjoy the ride! ;D" View
How does you family feel about Anime?

"My parents don't really mind, unless I'm watching it non-stop or discarding homework/study because of it. One of my friends on the other hand, has parents that are totally against any Japanese-related things because of cultural conflict (history, go figure). So because of this problem, the only way in which he can actually watch Anime without his parents being a nuisance is when they're out of the house, or in the morning before school. Although I've to admit it gets awkward at times, especially when they surprise you with one of their 'inspections'; oh great, more fan-service! *parents walk in* "..." -- I s-swear I'm not watching anything inappropriate, no lies!
