"Just to let you know, I'm scraping the grass/burst thing and going with a mirror/indoor theme suggest by dhias and tri, you just can't argue with a mod ;), I think I've finnally got the hang on Illustrator and things seem to be moving along pretty well, and you can see with this next vector preview, this time with shading on the head.

"This is my first time vectoring and I would like to know what others think of it, I'm not completely done with the vector I need to put some more shading in and some outlines and some contore lines in. But I figured since the scan was pretty big and the portion of Rukia was nice and tall, I'd try and create a portrait wall with it. I'd also like some feedback about what people think about a protrait wall, since a lot of video cards support 90/180/270 degree rotation, so here it is...

"Here's the semi-final ver. the wall should be submitted later tonight/really really early in teh morning between 2-3am I got rid of the cross-hatch effect in the shading because as tri said it looked kinda out-of-place with the rest of the wall and I didn't put it there, the artist did, so all I have left to do is fix the outlines around her head, so enjoy seeing the last WIP ver. of this wall and if anybody has any ideas about what to title it I would be thankful because I have no idea what to call teh wall...

"Like Taurec said with the Google thing, real easy, when I went looking for lightning and burst effencts all I did was search for "Photoshop lightning" and "Photoshop light burst" and there where some good tutorial in the first couple results so you could try that out and see if you can find one for teh swirls."

"With all the shit about it be too blury, me totally agreeing with every body else I'm decided to Re-Extract Rei but the place where I usally upload my stuff to is acting weird so I'm accually just gonna host it my my personal webserver so I appologize in advance if loads kinda slow or if you get a timeout error because my computer off, which is really only when my power goes out or some stupid installation makes me restart but then it'll only be a 10 min outage and I have my dns suto-update so here's part one of... "I know for a fact that in PS CS2 that when you warp you can wrap it around and give it a 3d sorta look, because when I was working on my one wall I kept getting pissed off because the warp kept on wraping around to it's back."

"I like sweeeettt, and that awesome word helped inspire the next fix. I sharpened the wall up and added a little bit shadowyness, I still have to go over some of the outlines of the strands, and the contor lines on Rei when I fix up the trans lines, grrrrrr sooo many different lines!! XD *gets up from faint* So... let me know what I need to do to make this wall uploadable.

"When I saw this scan go up, I was extatic, I didn't even mind my accidently clicking it twice and losing the extra 50 papers, I extended the strands a bit to fill the wall and made it black and white except for her bow which I wanted to give a lot of focus to, so that's why the wall's blurry, because it's supposed to be. Since Rei is such a lonely character in Eva, so I think the lone red bow gives the wall that sense of lonelyness. Let me know what you guys think.

"With this fix I found some stock lighning photos and played around till I liked how it worked added another overlay layer to make Ichigo just a littlw bit darker and played with the inside of his coat to blend it into the backdrop a little better and also added some fod to give it a kind of "I don't care a bout the on-coming storm" feel, so... here's the wall~~~

p.s.~~ I also changed the font to mix a little better with the back and sig text, hope you guys like it
