Best Media Player for Widescreen Monitor

"I use MPC myself and I can fill the screen however I want it

my monitor has a ratio of 5:4 instead of 4:3 so when watching 4:3 material I change my MPC 'Video Frame' setting to 'touch window from outside" this way I don't get any black bars appearing and the I can keep the aspect ration too
..although I do miss out a bit of the picture from the left and right edges.."
