Hello there!

A few good points


Sadly you've used a photo for the background. I remember, many weeks ago when I started I fell into exactly the same trap. Sadly photos used for back grounds look quite unprofessional and pants exactly for looking "too real." So you need to ditch that.

The next is the glow behind the main scan. I see that you've cleaned the scan pretty well but all of that hard labour will be for naught if you blind the user's eyes with a bright glow behind the scan. I suggest that should be removed ASAP.

The text title, while well intentioned and actually good idea hasn't been cleaned as well as the main scan. I suggest you go back to Photoshop and focus a little more on it forthwith! Remember to take your time and if you are not satisfied go back and look over it again until you are!

So how can we solve the problems presented before us?

Firstly I suggest that if you don't know how to properly vector or clean scans, that you check out the rather dapper groups dedicated to vectors, Photoshop, PSP and other graphical arts which contain guides, hints & tips from experts who hang around here (like the lazy bums they are) and a plethoria of other splendid stuff!

Secondly in place of a photo for the background, how about of another type of background using some arty lines and shapes? If in doubt, take a look at other walls. They all contain clues on the secret of what is an excellent wallpaper. NEVER directly copy one though, that is VERY naughty and will probabbly get you in serious trouble!

Thirdly ask some of the good people here how they wall and for hints and tips. Ask in the aformentioned groups for help. Remember be polite and patient and you will have a most excellent welcome.

Well thats all the help I can give. Let me lie down for a while until the next noob with no micro arrives!

1 point, using stock photo isn't a problem, I think its fair to use stock photo, but you can't just slap it on and put a filter over it, when you look around, you hardly find people's stock photo too realistic."

"Whats the difference between the first and the 2nd one except the 2nd one is desaturated and changed it to blue.

I think that the first one looks better, its not monotone, which makes quite a big difference between the 2, the kakashi scan looks nice, but it need to be extracted little bit better, i.e. I can see white pixels on the leg of kakashi.

Don't like the bottom gradient/pixel stretch space AT ALL, remove it! If you really can't think of anything to do, put some pretty patterns in it or brush it or even add a texture to it, it would improve the wallpaper and makes it less boring, for now.

In my opinion, I reckon the first have more chance of being accepted than the second, due to the range of colour used, but I really doubt it unless you sort out the bottom space and maybe the top space as well. ^_^"

The Naruto title looks badly extracted, pixelated, white pixel edges etc...

The scan looks really low quality, blurry and badly extracted as well, i.e. sakura's leg.

Also the sig's text could be better, its a bit boring."

For the vector, I think you really need it to be SHARPER, it looks too soft, blurry in my opinion, it lost the point of being vector, it have even worse quality than the original scan, well, I can't really comment on how to vector better, cus I'm really bad my self too..."

1, The vector's outline looks choppy, pixelated etc, its not my screen/computer, its definatly your problem, also why the ruby thing on the thing's head (sorry, don't know its name) doesn't look proper shaped, it looks wiggly etc...

I liked thos air bubbles, but thats really it, the background looks really boring, it doesn't have any feel nor it means anything.

2, Again, the vector looks choppy, I prefer this background compare to the first, but it still looks boring, you might want to add some brushing (look on tutorial) on the background, or even add some texture to it.

3, The background is just copy and paste! Add some affect to it, filter, brush, and again, thos 2 *thing* DO look pixelated!!

4, This 1 is the best you made, it actually MEANED something, black on white side, white on black side :), but the background also lacks quality, gradient is just boring alone, add some affect to it, also the stars dont look good at all!! 1 more good thing, thos 2 *thing* actually looks decent when its small @@
