"For 1024x768, animepaper allow arround 510kb (about!) not really sure, but thats about it, try get as close to 510 as possible unless you reached 100% quality.On the wallpaper, personally I think its submitable, have you tried a sharper patterns on the background, might look better, also turn the quality up, I think its pretty much done."

"Signature is just saying things likein the wallpaper somewhere visible, prefered at the bottom of the wallpaper so when its been used, the taskbar will cover it.
I wouldn't say its too bad, but the top (big) logo looks dodgy, looks a bit sharpened or what ever."
