I'm Malaysian too! As, for normal Malaysians do, I speak Mandarin, Cantonese(Since I'm one!), Hokkien, English, Malay, know a little bit of Teochew and currently I'm getting better at Japanese!Yay!

"Yup, you'll get negative ones if you got rejected...You can see some people with those negative paper...Most probably they have been rejected too!So, be wise whether to submit a wall or scan unless you're pretty confident on getting accepted..."

first:Your scan is in low quality and I think you need to consider about vectoring them...
second:the outlines are just too visible...you have to extract better than that...
third:the BG looks okay to me...but I would prefer to ad more layers for some effect so the characters can blend in better...

"Come on...everyone fails for their first or second time...or maybe a few dozen times of attempts...but that is the point for letting you to correct your own mistakes isn't it?
Like me for instance, up till now i had made 5 walls in total...but they're all like crap...Only the latest one i am satisfied with but still i got rejected and now currently improving it...
Just try to open your mind...i noticed from your post, you are quite excited to post your wall and get submitted to the gallery eh...well, everyone wants to get their wall approved as soon as possible...just like `puppychow16 said...
Don't just leave your wall unfinished like that...it's just soo sad to see that you have worked up till now and give up everything right?

Okay, enough crap...
from what i have observed in your wall...

-notice Suzumiya's palm, it's a li'l out of shape
-the hair is a li'l bit dull(let loose of your imagination!!hair with just 2 colours are just too simple isn't it,make some tones in it,yeah...)
-her face is fine, but if you add in some shadows it'll turn out to be more lively!(plz believe me in this...)
-the outlines are in shape...but i think just using a li'l bit more pixels will make her look ALOT better!
-if you wana keep the BG, that's fine...but i would advice you to make it look more fancy with more layers(play with it!try everything out!)

this is what i think...I hope it helps to keep you going to make more improvements...

You can still notice the small pixels on Sora(the coloured one), try making it look smoother and there are some funny lines on the fish bone too...try getting rid of that also...
