What Makes You Buy and Play a Video Game?

"Does renting counts as buying? At my current budget buying is becoming more and more difficult. The only time I buy and keep a game is if I plan to after the campaign to keep on playing online, for example "Halo 3" or "Gears of War". If that's not what you mean then I guess it has to because of the trailer or if it's anime related."

"Their is one thing that is confusing me about the story and it's why are they keeping the enemy a secret? which i wouldn't doubt that i probably missed but it's giving me a "Men In Black" feeling. now the VF-25, i like how they added a close range weapon like the dagger but after the VF-19 and VF-21 they got rid of the shield but then again i doubt it could block those weapons."

"What i think makes a good game is either the story or the game play but rarely it's both. the story would have to be something that's making me thing "what happens next?" which no matter the game play i finish. i think the only game play no matter the story i keep on playing is first or third person shooters because of how their is almost no time to think with almost constant people shooting at you. "I prefer consoles over PC because the consoles themselves have a set standard on the hardware used to play each game. some of the PC games system requirements are so high it's almost like buying a brand new PC. not everyone is computer literate so they can almost never be 100% sure if their PC can play it. "Watching anime because to be honest some of the movies are starting to repeat themselves. not just that but a lot of movies are coming from video games and comic books. many anime movies have morals placed in them but movies now just show special effects it's cool and all but get back to the story."

"Ichigo's bankai speed is so fast that he can leave after images which even as how fast Byakuya is he can't leave after images. but speaking of Byakuya his bankai technique "Senkai Senbonzakura Kageyoshi" is one of my favorites because just being surrounded by swords. I guess Toushiro's bankai too because my favorite mythical creature is a dragon and last but not least

i don't really have any favorite shikais but i never seen them all yet but i just can't wait to see what Kenpachi's shikai and bankai is going to be i know people are saying that it's already at shikai but i thought it couldn't be until they know the zanpakutou's name. like the ending of fate stay night, that made me depressed and the ending of utawarerumono, i was expecting a happy ending none of that "ill wait for u" crap >.> *grumble

all in all tho anime tends to affect me alot depending on the mood of the anime and if an anime ends all depressing i sometimes even loose sleep over it >.> that ever happen to you?

"Elfen Lied" had a sad ending but just wait till you see the ending for the manga it was a lot more heart breaking then the anime.

i wouldn't call the movie "Brave Story" the saddest anime i ever seen but it was something i would call a sad anime and a life changer.

it was when Wataru was holding Mitsuru in his arms and watching him die, it reminds me of what someone said on the TV show "House M.D." by the character who plays Dr. Camrin said, "It's easier to die then watch someone die".

"Sadamoto did a great job on his series "Neon Genesis Evangelion" i just wish that he was never made to cancel the second season of the anime but i think he is still working on the manga. i even read the two other manga about the alternate universe , Neon Genesis Evangelion Ikari Shinji Ikusei Keikaku and Neon Genesis Evangelion Girlfriend of Steel 2nd. i didn't even know he did "Dot.Hack//G.U." until i finally noticed it strangely reminded me of how dark it was like in "Neon Genesis Evangelion""

Itachi or Sasuke?

"Personally i like Itachi better he is like the definition of a ninja his emotionless personality and how it's like he barely moves when he is fighting. Sasuke on the other hand whines too much on how bad he has it compared to Naruto watching your entire family be killed is a very horrific thing but Naruto never experiencing love by his parents and being alienated by the entire village because of the kyuubi inside of him for his entire life is much worse. Sasuke seeks the past over the present just blinded to the happiness he found with his new friends for revenge while Naruto tries to protect what he has now even when Sasuke doesn't see it that way."

"Using real money to pay for a game beyond to keep your account active is just stupid. i rather use the money on paying for my account so it be active longer and collect the in game money myself. besides you can gain experience plus you never know when you'd find a rare item and be able to sell it for the game money you need."

"I rather read the manga first because it's the original story and obviously is ahead of the anime. i just don't like how sometimes the story changes from the manga like in Love Hina didn't end how the manga ended. Sometimes they even change order of events like in Eyesheild 21

"My favorite final fight scene was in Gundam Seed between Freedom and Providence it was not a one sides fight both mobile suits were loosing limbs but it made it even better with DRAGOON system that Kira defeated."
