"I owe Love Hina so much. The anime that really got me into manga, which lead to more anime. So, at the time, i couldn't find a screen name that felt 'just right'. Then, in a flash of brilliance, i got kkunurashima. ha ha. but to make sure it was "original", i signed up with AOL IM and if someone hasn't chosen it on that yet, then there's a high chance there isn't someone who's using it elsewhere... ha ha. thats about it."

well, considering i'm a HUGE Ken Akamatsu fan, Negima was a must. so i really love Negima, except the release times T_T which are so frikken long. who knows, by this rate LH might be a thing of the past?

yay, another kentaku, so i like to call them. as for the releases, it cant be helped. if you look at all other manga, it is usually 3 months or so before the next one comes out (actually, almost always). LH is a thing of the past now. its been, a year or so since the last one came out, and the bookstores are rushing to restock their old copies. Negima's gotta start pulling in fans without LH's help now."

"Well, i cant help it. If the art is deemed good enough for me, i'd read it. Kare Kano, fruits basket, Tsubasa (anything by CLAMP'll do). As someone stated above, i'd read it for the story. a guy can get so much of boy goes from crap to hero.

"I also haven't bought 6 yet, but i have the first 5 volumes. Becuase i love Ken Akamatsu so much, i loved it from the first volume. But dont get me wrong, people. The anime version is crap. [Like love hina] The characters look nothing like the characters in the manga [trust me on this]. Ken's stuff is beautiful art, but dont think any of the anime versions are his works... sorry, ranted again. "

"I also saw Paranoia agent in its originality. I was hooked the first episode. It was just something that you watch to see what happens to Shounen Bat. But the ending is really confusing. I still dont quite understand what happened. ha ha. But if anyone has time, check out what that old man is writing on the blacktop. Supposedly its some hidden message."

"ANYONE AT ALL READ AK47's POST?! it is NOT finished. Its just some filler episodes. The manga, even though it comes out weekly, does not go at the pace of the anime. The anime simply caught up to the manga, so its giving you filler episodes to give it some space before returning again. about 3 more episodes before the story again, continues."

Kare Kano is really great, full of great jokes and stuff...but sadly they stopped making the anime becouse of some stupid argument betwen the publisher and the designer if I remember correctly.

whatever the reason, and the one Ranagol said makes sense, the ending, isn't really the ending. Its more of an abrupt stop. You can read the manga for more, but the anime is still good. i recommend it. That whole stick figure thing, i liked it. Being gainax, i wouldn't expect anything else. And theres one big reason to watch it. its by Gainax. But this is a more romantic/shoujo type. With that in mind, go. its good."

but i understand how you feel. As every otaku wants, they want to go to japan and see if its really a city with big-eyed characters. But, for now, i cant do anything and neither can many of you. So, i suggest to you some books that'll fuel your daydreams: Japan Edge- The Insider's Guide to Japanese Pop Subculture-" and "Cruising the Anime City -an otaku guide to neo tokyo-"

Edge talks about Anime, noise music and all sorts of interesting subjects. It really makes you think.
Cruising talks more about the major shopping areas and places to go in Tokyo. Let your imagination go wild.

Both great books. So, if you're in need of reading something for your summer report, try these... i'm not responsible if you get a bad grade or something. ha ha"

"I used to keep up to date and everything for the anime and manga and i was one of those angered naru-tards when i heard of the lisecensing, but lately, its not as exciting as it used to be. And the animation has gotten ...simpler (not sure if its the right word)... the fight scenes aren't as well drawn or as fluid as when first started... but it could just be me."

Who likes playing the anime games that are on PS2?

The naruto games are pretty cool. The GC version isn't as good IMO but it's more fun since you can four people playing at the same time. The PS2 version is pretty cool i think and when you have to press buttons like crazy but the fighting style of the GC version IMO is better since it's more 3-d. Both are good in their own way but i also think that the PS2 version requires a bit more skill to play.

true, the GC version does look a BIT better with its 3-d-ness, but cel shading is just as good looking. But yeah, i believe the PS2 Version requires more skill (or i might be biased, ha ha, i have the ps2 and my friend has the gc version) because of the timing quality of the block to use the kawamiri and such."

"I own Narutimett Hero 1 and 2, FMA: Dream Carnival, Beck: THe game, and One Piece. Only Dream Carnival out of those mentioned above is subpar. The rest are very fun games, by yourself or with your friends."
