"Actually if you keep her to the left of the wall & exclude the cut part from the wall then it wont show. since the scan is quite big, i think cleaning it would be enough as shrinking it would make errors less obvious but im not too sure. anyway her legs dont look like the rest of the scan...it's a lot less detailed than the other parts. i hope this helps. haha im not very good with such things. better wait for the devils' grand entrance."

The cost of a hero.

"Well the term "hero" is subjective to each person's view in my opinion. this sort of reminds me of the incredibles. like there was this time when everyone looked up to them & then them slowly lost respect for the heros as they saw them as destroying the city to save others ( like uprooting trees to save the kitten etc. )

there are hero's out there...there is so many and they got themself to be there

doctors, firefighters, military, senior caretakers. These are some occupations that others CBF doing. These guys got themselves there through hard work at their own choice just to help other people.

ya i agree that these people are also heros in their own way. counsolers are also heros to me as they help to save people from their depression or from drugs etc. there are many forms of heros. ok about the risking life part, it is not easy to do. even if you'd really do it, you may not be fast enough to save the person. it basically depends on the situation. heroism is doing what is most suitable in the situation. i have a friend who was named a hero by the police because she helped them to catch a molester. instead of risking her neck & confronting him, she called the police & followed him secretly which is a much better option as then there wont be one more person to save & the police will be informed of the molester's whereabouts which is useful information to them. i hope this helps to answer the question."

"I think im the weirdest here. im pessimistic to make myself optimistic. well not exactly like what hmrks said but something like that. when something bad happens, i think of all the negative stuff & then from there think of all the positive exits. for example school. i didnt do so well in the exam so i imagine failing & then getting retained a year & then i start to think of all the good stuff like how i would have extra time to slack while others my age are busy preparing for the graduation exam. too bad i passed & got promoted. oh well, that means less time wasted in school!"

Fire

"Ok maybe because i camp too often so seeing a fire is quite normal to me so dont usually stare at it for no reason. i only watch it to monitor it's condition & check when to add more wood or to give it a good blow when it's dying out. but the flame from the bunsen burner in the science lab is cool & blue, the stove too but at the stove there's no time to look at the fire if not the food gets burnt."

for the first wall with the girl, the scan needs to be cleaned. other than that, i think that the background is quite nice. but could you change the font to a slightly different tone? i find it hard to read but that's just my opinion. this wall is quite nice!

for the second one with L, i like the background with the text & stuff. but i think that for the quote, another font would be a better choice. haha dont ask me which font as i have a problem of not being able to choose a suitable one. the vector of L is good except for some jagged lines in his hair & shoulder.

ooh the third wall with kira is the total opposite! ok as mentioned before i like the bg be it white or black. i just like it. ya the font of the quote again. but overall the walls are great. ( for boh L & kira )

ok the last wall with the calendar. nice idea of incorporating the calendar but is the font of "december 2006" supposed to look like that? ok if it is then nevermind. i think the scan of the white thing could be better extracted...maybe it's just me eyes. i still think that the font of the quote could be improved.

"Well in my opinion there are 2 versions of "life". ever heard anyone say that someone has "no life"? well that usually refers to muggers who mug 24/7 & have no time for anything else. then the meaning of "life" here is having fun.

but then there is also another more serious meaning to it to me. well it's part of my religion that there is an afterlife when we die so techniquely we have 2 lives. here the meaning of life is probably to be able to feel & experience with the soul. "

well mine was on the bus. too busy chatting with friends when the bus jerked front. not only was i caught off balance, my friend also chose the same moment to tickle me & that caused me to "fly" to the front into a guy! wah was so super embarrassed that i just got off the bus & waited for another to go home. haha my friends were so shocked that i just left them & were like jumping up & down like monkeys. haha at least that's one good memory from the whole incident."

"Thant's a cool wall you got there! i dont quite like the string of words outlining the buildings...ok that's just my opinion. the way you positioned "scared of pain?" is interesting. i think the guy has jagged lines here & there. btw, which manga/anime does the guy come from? he doesnt look very anime-ish or manga-ish...oh maybe that's because i dont read mangas & have limited knowledge on animes. overall i think it's very cool & it's an excellent start as your first wall! are you sure it's your first?

hmm...i dont want to comment on the blood...im sorry but at first i thought it was paint, in the style of vandals splashing it on. opps. but i must say that the border is quite nice. well if you really want to make it more like blood, then maybe darken the tone slightly. no you should wait for an expert. im not much of any use in this area. good luck! "Hmm it looks better than before but the filters are still there ( i think it is mosiac...im not sure ) it is better if you remove it. as for syaoran, can you post the original scan? he looks better now but still needs some more work. i think you smart blurred his hair too much & his shadow looks cut off on top. his name on the front looks odd too. ok the bg looks less cluttered now which is good. however i suggest removing the random red & yellow stuff & change the circles to the red-orange-yellow colour scheme to match his clothes. i hope this helps.

"Huh? i just watch anything that comes my way. as long as they show it & im free, i'll just watch it regardless. friends also help to recommend good animes. if the show has a bad timeslot then i just miss it. however if it is recommended than i'll try to make time to watch one episode & then if i like it then i continue to watch it. ok when it comes to this decision, comedy wins hands down. then again, shuai ( handsome ) characters also gives that anime an upperhand. another important factor is the plot."

"The people around me, the one watching over me & guiding me, anything i guess. whenever i feel like giving up, somehow i just push on. oh this reminds me, i sometimes also get inspired from watching tv - animes, movies or dramas. my friend too. after watching jin san shun, she was so determined to learn to play the piano. me? haha i just felt inspired to eat more...or rather it makes me hungry =P"
