"I'd like to see some more features for working with the forums. I like to go back to threads I've posted in and see what people have posted after me. It becomes quite difficult to find ones post if the thread spans 15+ pages. It would be cool if clicking the individual post under "Posts by this member" in a person's profile, too you to that post amongst the whole thread. Then the reader could read from there instead of having to find the person's post amongst all the pages."View

"It looks interesting so far, one thing that frustrates me is Kyuu's editor misses some really simple grammatical errors. They're really the only group that has really gotten going with this so far, but something tells me that it won't be this way for much longer, and then I'll only have myself to blame."View

The Solarstone Anthology One arrived in my letterbox today from the UK, so I'm listening to it now, and coincidentally the song of theirs that I first heard: Speak in Sympathy. If you like trance, I'd recommend checking them out, Speak in Sympathy is an absolutely beautiful track.

"I really enjoyed playing ToS, the voice acting could have been a little better, but for an english dub it's not too bad. Japan has a much bigger voice acting industry I believe, so you generally get higher quality VAs going in something like this.I went and bought the soundtrack from Japan too:
oh and Sheena *love* :P"

What language do you speak and/or want to learn?
2 years 3 months ago
"My native tongue is english, I can speak a little bit of Spanish cause I learnt it through primary school and high school (I'd be quite rusty though), and I'm starting to learn Japanese off a Japanese friend of mine. So far the best phrase I've learnt is: okane o kashite kudasai?"View

"Like a lot of people have voiced, it's a bit of both: It's nice to have freedom in not annoying people by what you do, and being able to go to the extremes a bit. However, at the same time, we're relational people so it's nice to have someone else around, even if you're not necessarily talking to them."View
soda mania

"I like lots of different types of soft drink (it's what we call soda in Australia, for those who didn't know that), however my favourites would have to be Bundaberg Sarsaparilla, Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Both are excellent as they're naturally brewed from the real root. There's also something about coming back to a nice cold glass of Coke, that and Coke goes well with various spirits."View

"No one ever said life was going to be fair. I'd suggest talking to your parents about it, but try not to do it while you're all angry as it isn't helpful. I hope things pick up for you, however if they don', still love your sister. Maybe you could try talking to her about it too. Just remember do it will gentleness and humility, as hard as I know that will be."View

PSP vs NDS?
2 years 4 months ago
"I also would have to agree with this. I've played a friend's PSP but could never get into it and it's fairly wide... I bought a DSLite when they first came out over here, and it lived up to every positive review I'd read of it, from the improved system, to the sheer enjoyability of the games on it. DS = fun."

What type genre you prefer
2 years 4 months ago
"I like a number of genres: FPS, strategy, action/adventure, survival /horror, however my all-time favourite would have to be RPGs. There's nothing I like better than the depth and length of the story of an excellent RPG. (See my posts in the two RPG topics for examples of ;) )"View
Wich is the best classic rpg?
2 years 4 months ago
"This is a really hard question as I have lots of fond memories of many SNES RPGs, however I think that the two best classic RPGs, wait make that three are (in no particular order) Chrono Trigger, Terranigma, The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. I was originally only going to put Chrono Trigger and Terranigma in there, but then I remembered the game that for me started it all. I'd come back from the UK in 97 and dad had bought me a silver GameBoy Pocket duty-free in Heathrow airport. I'd got Mario & Yoshi with it, at the time not knowing much about what games there were on the system. When I got back to Australia I borrowed Link's Awakening from a school friend and as soon as the title screen of the game started showing I knew I had something special in my hands. Soon I was off wasting Moblins and on a quest to wake the Wind Fish, spurred on by the sheer fun of the game, the great music, and the intriguing story. Chrono Trigger is there as it has to be one of the greatest RPGs ever made: the depth and breadth of the story, the amazing score, and the way right from bumping into the princess at the Millennial Fair it captured me into the game. Terranigma is a game that I stopped playing quite soon after starting, as while initially impressed and hopeful after having fun in Crysta, thought that the underworld was the whole area of the game. I got stuck in one of the towers and being impatient and slightly disappointed with the different style of the game (all I seemed to be doing was stabbing monsters), left the game for a number of months. When I picked it back up again, I somehow got past whatever I was stuck at, finished resurrecting the land, and lo and behold the elder sent me to the overworld. Wow I had no idea that this was only the beginning. Memorable moments such as rescuing Liam the lion cub, the secret Quintet headquarters in NeoTokyo (no I didn't have a walkthrough) with the guy who loved Mac® computers, the way your decisions affected the development of the towns, to the funny extras such as tanning and the increase in macho rating. Terranigma also had some of the best music I'd heard in a SNES game, the resurrection theme when you go into the starry platform in the underworld towers, and the bird flight song being some of my favourites. Also the incredible length, depth and variety of the story were real winners which includes the different locations and time periods making for an amazing variety of gameplay and experience. Finally right at the end where you're left hanging about who has just knocked on the door, while being on one hand annoying, on the other hand put the cap on the mystery and aura of the game.I could write for a long time about all three of these games, but instead of me raving on about how good they are, if you haven't played any of these I can't urge you enough to do so. It'll be worth every cent finding old copies of these games. If you can, find the original B/W version of Link's Awakening, the colour enhanced version while good, added these extra helping owls into the dungeons removing any difficulty there was in the original game. I enjoyed, although it was frustrating at the time, getting stuck in a dungeon and not knowing what to do, maybe putting the game down for a while then coming back to it with a fresh mind and eventually solving the puzzles. A bit of difficulty is a good thing. Go have fun."
