This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

"Gee, I dunno where to start... I'd like to get an idea of what your 'style' is, so to speak. Could you maybe upload an example or two of your work on ImageShack please? :3"View
What do u think about?

"It's a very nice wall! The only thing I could suggest is to maybe lower the brightness or saturation of the background as it takes away from the delicate character drawings, so to speak. :3"View

FLCL Vector : Naota

"I think it's a lovely image! FLCL rocks :3 In all seriousness though, the only thing I could suggest (since the composition and colours are already very good) would be to maybe add more shading to Naota himself. I don't know if it had more shading on the original picture, but if it did I think it would bring him out more from the background."View

Xenosaga wallpaper critique?
2 years 5 months ago
"Hey guys~! I joined AP on a whim yesterday, and was impressed with what I saw. This is a very comprehensive site with loads of opportunities to grow and be rewarded for it. Also on a whim yesterday, I submitted two wallpapers I made a few months ago, stupidly not reading the description for how to submit in the guide (*headdesk*) and hence being rejected. I was referred here with a note also saying that my walls are too simple. Here's the one I'm more proud of... could I please get some more detailed critique? I'm not going to give this opportunity up because of two rejections :]Thanks in advance!"
