After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! So my point is, why are atheists so against religion, if they are technically a religion themselves?
Also what happens to atheists when they have wiped humanity clean of all other religions and are now worshipping the almighty Dick(Richard Dawkins, I call him Dick (_/)..).

Atheists believe in their own day to day life and experiences.

But this also brings into the question, why when asked what religion are you, people will say "Oh no, I'm atheist." but they exclude saying, "I'm not religious.".


It's clearly understandable when a person says, "Oh no, I'm atheist". That plainly says that he/she isn't into any religion.

It doesn't really point to atheists to be religious by not stating that they aren't.

I don't think it's weird because I listen to my female friends conversations and it's mostly about boy ALL THE TIME! It gets so annoying; so I'd rather people think I'm gay or weird than be like that!


Well, I am not sayin' that you might be on the same case as mine. I am like you, I hate girls who talk so much about boys. I felt the same way. I hang out with guys, rather than with girls. Until I met people in college, girl friends who don't talk mostly about "boys", coz that irritates me a lot. People believed that I was a lesbian, it's okey with me, coz I don't really care what other people say. It stopped when I had a boyfriend. But it turned out that I am a bisexual after all. XD

I've been hit my the same sex many times. Well, maybe because I act roughly, and that other people who can be bi, or homo can sense if a person is also the same as them. So, I can't really blame them. XD Even I can sense if a person is bi, homo or not. XD

It was insulting at first, when I was not able to accept who I really am. But, I got used to it, so it's no big deal for me now. ^^

Hmmm... I partly agree to your statement about bisexuals scaring away people. But, in terms of your point with "bisexuality is a state of confusion", I could say that, it would depend on the person. If he/she decides to leave someone of the same sex, and prefer the opposite, well... For me, I think, It's part of being a bisexual. There are even cases that, bisexuals would leave the opposite sex for the same sex.

"Shifting" doesn't make someone not bisexual or not as in order to be bisexual, one must be able to "shift". Bisexuality isn't who you are with but whether or not you are open to being romantically involved in either gender, not just 1.

"Actually, if I was given a choice what sex to have. I would choose to be a guy and not a girl in terms of the physical aspects. First because, I don't want the suffering if I give birth (but now, I've chose not to give birth.). I just hate the times during menstruation period, it's so annoying and it's painful (with me). But in terms of the social aspect, I would stay as a girl even though there isn't total equality between men and women. This world is still male dominated, but I know someday, women and men will be equal. "

I've seen different reactions from different people knowing my preference. With all those reactions, I've come to realize that others view bisexuality same as homosexuality, others even think that bisexuals can be homosexuals. If you are open about homosexuality, then there is a big possibility that you are also open about bisexuality. Same goes with the opposite view/reaction of the person.

Others would also treat bisexuality lighter than homosexuality. Some people believe that, bisexuals still have the chance to become straight."

Most of the people say that bisexuality is just a transition stage for homosexuality or heterosexuality, but isn't it ironic to say that?

Why?
In my own opinion, if you've been attracted to the same sex and then decided to go back to heterosexual preference then isn't the "attraction to the same sex and then to the opposite or vice versa" a case of bisexuality?

For me, that so called "shifting" could point out that, a person is bisexual or not.

I was able to talk to a homosexual and she commented that she knows someone who was once a bi (shortcut for bisexual) but that someone ended up to become a homo (shortcut for homosexual).

Other people believe that, bisexuals will just end up to be a homo.

So, does bisexuality really do exist?

religion is religion...it is not the belief that priests are always right. Just because I may disagree with a priests interpretation of a passage in the bible or view on other aspects of life, does not make my faith in God or what is written in the bible any less.


It is not only how priest's interpret the passages of the bible... It's how they act and treat other people. The idea of a priest saying, "follow what I say but don't follow what I do" gives me the creeps. If they are supposed to be teaching the people, why can't they stand up for what they teach?

I've been educated with my country's history, abot what that so called religion did to our people both good and bad. I then realized that, this religion was built for man, man's desire for power and control. People are taught of the goodness of religion, but the fact remains that there are awful things beyond that. The untold and unexposed truth, which are always hidden from the eyes and ears of the people.

"I consider myself as an atheist, and for me. Being one isn't being religious, nor atheism being a religion. I don't believe in the teachings of my religion, because as I become more aware of the real face of life, the points that contradict my own personal beliefs increases. I've been thinking a lot if I would still believe in my religion or not. I ended up deciding not to believe the teachings of the priest/nuns,etc, nor the writings of the holy doctrine.

I agree, and it is one of the reasons why I decided to be what I am today.

What is the use of religion if I can't even follow it whole heartedly.

I've been hit on more than 10 times, most of them thinks that I am into girls. At first, I feel really uneasy and awkward. Then, as years pass by, I got used to it. I even feel happy if someone of the same sex appreciate me. As long as they won't do unusual things on me such as "harassment". Don't really treat it as threat, you might insult someone with that. You can always say "no" politely, or directly."

Instructions for replication: It had been like this for almost 3 months, I experience this every time I view wallpaper pages.

"Whew! This wall was sitting in my documents for about 2 weeks and without an internet connection of 5 days, finally I was able to finish the vectoring of the character and the wall. This is my 3rd vectored wallpaper, hehe.

I would like to know about how you see this wallpaper and the vector, is it okey or does it need more work? The background is just simple since I want to make the character stand out. The background is based from a screen shot that I took from the anime AIR - movie. Wonder why? Because I reformatted my computer and I was too stupid to forget to make a copy of my sources and that includes wallpapers here, scans, brushes and stock photos. But still I liked the result of it so I think I would stick to it.^^

Like what the others just said I am not really comfortable of the concept of repetition of the character but I have an idea. How about putting Hadji's face their at the flower? I mean he gave the rose right, that was the concept that popped up in my mind when I saw the rose.^^
