After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Tales of Vesperia: The First Strike Movie

"Anybody here fans of this jRPG?It is by far the best "Tales of" game featuring art by Fujishima Kosuke ( Ah! Megami-sama) and probably the best jRPG for the 360 (although I'm highly biased <.<). Now they're creating a prequel to the game as an animated movie. :) It looks SO good! The broadcast date is set for October 3rd.

I'm kinda worried how much they'll butcher her by slapping on some poor voice actress as they have been. :\I think Ichigo's adorable around her, though. ^^; He's so good with kids... even if he becomes annoyed with them. "As much as I enjoy Rukia's character over Orihime, I have to say that logically, Orihime makes more sense to end up with Ichigo since she's actually y'know, a human... not somebody who has already died and gone to the Soul Society. But then again...... so who knows?
I wouldn't want to see poor Renji get shafted, though. <_<"

"Haha, yeah, Seiran's a rather popular guy from what I've read around about him. He's one of my favorites to fangirl too, but his lack of emotion sometimes makes me go "meh." He does have his funny moments where they really make you giggle, though (like in the most recent episode from Japan - ep. 20 of the 2nd season ^^) I prefer characters like Reishin, Ensei and even Ryuuki over Seiran simply because they're just so much more animated and emotional.Um... I hope I don't get into trouble for linking these... but I'll throw up a spoiler tag for now just in case. x_x For the mods, if it's a no-no, please just delete them! T_T

"@~reginastra ... the original Japanese voices are 100000x better. Personally, I cannot stand any sort of dubbed anime with a passion (only because I've heard it in Japanese, and the Japanese just have a way of expressing emotion "better" than the English VA's; they're either trying too hard or not trying enough!)If you want to watch the first episode in the original Japanese, Veoh has it up. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link it since it has been licensed... although with Geneon biting the dust, we probably won't be seeing any new DVD's anytime soon (only the first DVD is available and since they're not printing anymore, well you get the jist).
As far as your question goes... from your basic observation of Shuurei, what do you think? ^^;"

"I've seen fansubs by C1 Anime (only episodes 1 & 2 though), and also the two new fansub groups who have started just because of Saimono -- Four Leaf Clover fansubs (apparently doing the even-numbered episodes) and Sweet Secret Fansubs picking up the odd number episodes. I personally find this kinda weird that they're doing it that way, and especially since SSF seems to have either lost interest or time, but between to two of them, they only have 1-6 subbed. I've been watching the raws of each episode and reading THAT Animeblog for a general jist of what is going on since my Japanese is rather poor. ^^;So far, the series (as far as I know) follows the manga... so the ending of the first season just kinda lingering there was on purpose, I believe. I dunno if that was what you were disappointed about. So far, the second season has been rather interesting (I just saw episode 20, which is rather entertaining! ^^) and has developed the characters even further than the first season and I am personally enjoying every bit of it."

"Since it's into the middle of the 2nd season (so it's not necessarily "new" anymore and the first DVD is out in N.A.) and I haven't seen any topics in regards to this series, I just thought I'd start it up to see who else is enjoying it. ^^At first I had reservations about it. I thought "oh great, another Fushigi Yuugi clone" ... but then I actually watched past the first couple episodes. Outside of the really pretty guys, it appears to be a rather complex story involving a lot of political issues which run parallel with ancient Chinese dynasties. I personally find that part cool since I really enjoy history. That, and I'm always a sucker for shows with strong female protagonists who know how to put men in their spots.
Anyhoo, if I actually had as much talent as those who make wallpapers here, I'd be all over creating some myself to submit, but alas... not only am I on a new computer that I am completely unfamiliar with (going from Winblows to Mac OS)... I just could never in my life create something worthwhile with my lack of skills. In doing a search for Saiunkoku wallpapers, the best I can find are the lovely scans this site offers, but nothing more... and thus why I just think this anime is very unpopular. ^^; It's not really a plea for any of you creative types to make one, but if any of you know of a place to find them, I'd greatly appreciate it.

"Wii 4 Life!Not only is it much more affordable as a system, but the games are naturally great considering Nintendo's history. Sure they kinda slipped a bit for a while, but I think they're making a huge come-back in the console industry. They've held the hand-held industry forever, but due to the fact that the XBox 360 doesn't hold a light to the Wii, and how the PS2 is so dang expensive... Wii is definitely the better choice.
Plus you can make a Mii of yourself! *^^*"

"Considering the way that GONZO ended Gankutsuou, I wouldn't be surprised if they went either way: killing both Romeo and Juliet or keeping them alive. *shrugs* I don't think they care to adhere to the original titles, but rather use them as a basis for their own adaptations.That being said, I personally hope they stay alive. ^^; It doesn't necessarily have to be as they are, but as something else. I won't say since I don't wish to spoil it for anyone, honestly... but if any of you reading this have seen the latest raw episode, you may understand where I'm going at with this thought."
