"When you say "who is the best Shinigami" it depends on what you're actually asking. If you're asking who is the best at fulfilling their duty..I would say the 1st captain and beyakuya because they have the most strict sense of duty. If you're talking about who beats down the most..well Ichigo..of course. Who's the best scary shinigami...Aizen (is he anymore?) And the 12th captain scare me quite a bit. I think Ichigo and Kenpachi have the most *potential* for power. So many opinions based on what "best" is. :)Urahara is also one of my favorite captains :D"

How do I make an anime wallpaper?

"Well..first you either decide to draw it yourself so that you are creating a person representation or whether to take the artists drawing and use that (scan). After that, you need to plan out what you're going to do with it. Are you going for a specific theme, certain elements that give it tone? What colors will you use? These types of things. I usually suggest creating thumbnails to kind of sketch out what you're looking for. If you just start playing around in photoshop it doesn't like as "conceived" very well sometimes.Then, create the effects, put it together with love and care..and hopefully you've created something that you truly enjoy."
