After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

"Welcome to AP, BlazeRanm.I think that Ayje has critiqued your work nicely. It is very difficult to combine 2D anime artwork and photography. I would like to suggest that you also give additional consideration to the transition of the photograph. The change from color to sepia appears clumsy. A more gradual transition would be better."

"I'm not thrilled about the tax implications of this, but to be honest with you I think anything is better than what we have. My mother died as a result of complications associated with breast cancer 2 years ago. Thanks be to God, health care was not an issue for us, however during the course of her treatment I met lots of people for whom health insurance was an issue.I've been given the understanding that about 25% of the US population is either without health care insurance, or seriously underinsured. An additional insult is added to the situation when you discover how long it takes for the average American in this 25% category get surgical care or treatment for cancer. When you are trying to fight off the fear of what might happen to your loved one during cancer treatment you divert yourself by speaking to others that share your plight and you check the facts.
On the average people in that 25% category wait about 2 years for surgery and about 183 days for cancer treatment. The general case is one in which these people have to travel through a system designed to: humiliate them by having them prove a condition of helpless poverty, or concede that the underwriter is not liable for the medical procedure that has been prescribed as treatment.
The propaganda about the efficiency of the US health care system is one of the most hideous lies ever told on the planet earth. As a nation we basically look away from the problem, and lie about not realizing that a huge portion of our population is suffering through the horrors of a weak healthcare system. We have: one of the highest infant mortality rates, highest rates of preventable disease, and lowest life expectancies in the industrialized world. When you review and honestly compare our healthcare system to those of the rest of the developed world, we appear to be a third world country. In the history of the world every great empire has offered its citizens a, "value of care." The ancient Greeks educated their citizens, the Romans fed their citizens. Lets give our citizens subsidized medical care; it is a nice safety valve. Desperate people do desperate things, and when it comes to healthcare we have a lot of desperate people in this country."

What is worse telling the Truth or telling a Lie?

"LOL I like the inquiry, but I disagree with the belief that a, "white lie" has merit. Yes, we do tell white lies because we don't want to further injure and individual that is probably in pain at the instant we encounter them, but truth does not have to be painful. This is the case even when it involves the, "brutal truth."I once heard it stated that diplomacy was the art of saying, "nice doggie" in a tranquilizing voice, for a period of time long enough for you to secure a formidable big stick. In a similar manner, if you want to tell someone that you are breaking up with them, and that the reason is because you think they are stupid; there is something called, "tact."
Tact, is the art of telling your ex that you are breaking up with him/her because he/she is stupid; and doing it by saying that the reason is because, the two of you do not share enough of the same interest. You don't have to be specific and say that those interest are intellectual, or that you think that your ex does not give enough consideration to events you consider meaningfully important.
Seriously think about it, who needs a lie when the truth will be just as effective, and you cannot be maligned for using it. There is an old proverb that states, more fools have been delivered to the gates of hell by the telling of select truth than have ever so gone by the telling of a gross lie."

"In order of preference 6 then 5. Both are seriously clean and easy to work with vectors that have carefully maintained the details, and all of the lines are crisp and exact, but 6 is a little bit less commonly seen and the detail that can be seen in the hair is nice."View
