After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

"Hey all. I stumbled upon this site and was amazed at all the different types of artwork and wallpapers made. I decided I wanted to try my hand at it too, but first I need to learn how to use photoshop.
Anyway, some things about myself. Hmm. Well, I enjoy reading manga and watching anime like most people here. Some things that might only pertain to me are that I enjoy working out, learning about cultures and languages (might explain my major for international studies), watching movies, playing video games, exploring the world, and playing soccer. "This is indeed a scan from the manga. I actually made it a little grainier than the original scan. The original scan was also a lot lighter and had clouds in the background. I thought the pattern went with the word well. I also tried to leave a little bit of an outline around the sword to keep the focus on the sword.
As for the 3 pixels off, I cropped it wrong:( i'll be sure to do it correctly the next time through. Keep the comments coming:)"

First off, Gut's sword is named dragon slayer correct? Just wanted to make sure I got it correct.
Next, I know I don't have a signature on it yet. Still working out how to do it. Also, I think I accidentally submitted this to the admins. Sorry about that. Still a little new to the site.
Please leave me some comments, critical or not. It's my first time ever using photo shop, so I kinda expect to not do so well my first time through. Any tips to improving it are appreciated.
Lastly, I know it might be a little small, so I'm planning to start from scratch and do the cropping resizing first."

"I normally read manga on the internet because it is convenient and I can read the latest chapters. Yet, if I can I will try to read mangas in book form. As for actual books, I always go to the library to read them. I never buy them since I don't have a lot of money to spend, because of college. Plus, they take up a lot of space. But I find, that I am able to read books anywhere. It isn't practical to bring my laptop everywhere to read (even though there is wifi everywhere on campus). So typically, I read mangas online in my room and actual books when I'm walking around."

Girls Playing video games

"I am normally good at picking up a game and being decent at it, but give me some time and I am almost unbeatable. I recently entered a Halo 3 tournament at my college and didn't have a partner. I used to play with my friend for tournaments, etc., but he went of to boot camp. Anyway, I got paired with a girl and she turned out to be able to hold her own. In fact, she was really good and was on par with me. We got pretty far in the tournament (3rd if any ones interested), which is pretty good when you consider there were over a 50 teams. Anyway, just goes to show that girls are equally competent at playing video games. Most people online are always harassing others, even other guys not just girls. The way I best counter their harassment is by beating them in the game and ignoring their comments. The best advice I can give to girl gamers is just to do that. Plus, playing with friends is always helpful since they can help spur their crude comments and support you."

Code Geass Season 2 ending...

"I loved the ending of the second season of Code Geass. It redeemed Lelouch's character in my eyes, when he died. After he became emperor, I thought he had become drunk with power. But he died in the end to better the world. But did he really die? My hypothesis is that he didn't. After Lelouch killed his father, he gained his the geass of immortality. So even though he was stabbed with a sword, he was able to survive. As others have stated previously, I think C.C. was talking to Lelouch, who was driving the cart. Yet, I do not think they will come out with a season 3 because they wrapped up the series nicely in season 2."

Highschool of the Dead Question

"High School of the Dead is one of those mangas which I would not even consider coming out monthly. If anything I would say it is an irregular manga. It is actually on chapter 24 in Japan, but the English version is only on chapter 22. I would make a request to a manga translator site to have themtranslate chapters 23 and 24. I hope this helps."
