"I agree on the colour and theme being nice and all, but I don't like the feathers (feels like it's just dashes of a feather brush everywhere) Maybe having the feathers at the top closer to the characters and having a lower opacity might look better? I also feel the text at the top is grabbing a bit too much attention.. maybe tone the bright down just a little? Overall I do like the idea and colours though. ^^"

"The background colours is nice and the extracting is fine. But to me there's a few issues with the background. The phoneix is nice a nice touch, but its flames and shadow are not. I'd go for a 'softer', more realistic flames maybe? The straight line right across the middle should be erased coz it's quite distracting. The tree patterns also look a bit out of place, so I'd leave them out altogether. I'd also leave out the text because there's enough in the image going on, I think. Not trying to be harsh. Hope this helps."

"I've just finished the 23 episodes and now joins all in waiting anxiously for the ending..
Anyhow, Here is two versions of a Lelouch wallpaper I've made.

Personally I like the off-pink tinted version (with the geass eye), because I feel that's more relevant to Lelouch and his commanding state XD however, I have a feeling most people would perfer the green 'normal' version...? Please tell me what you think =D

well, this wallpaper got slammed.
The problem said is that butterfly is unneccsary and draws attention away from Saber. its low quality also drags down the visual experience. (I knew there's would be an issue with the butterfly). The suggestion was to try stroking the outline and turning down the opacity (then again the comment did say the butterfly is unnecssary).

So I'd like to take some comments and suggestions.
Before I start wasting energy in extrating the butterfly again...
- Do you all think the butterfly should just be left out?
I'd also gladly take suggestions to how to improve its quality.

Personally I like that butterfly =/ The idea is that that Saber, running on her way to school, gets momentarily distracted by the butterfly... hmm...

It gets a bit annoying, and I don't know if that's because there are so many titles, or if that's just my computer. Maybe if each category (under each letter) is minimised when you load the page, this will improve? =/

"For a long series: Yu Yu Hakusho is a great classic.
For an OVA: Nothing beats Rurouni Kenshin OVA1. A stunning work; 10/10 for plot, music, design and animation

More recently, Fullmetal Alchemist won me over, although a read of the manga made me like it less =p

...and lastly... I really have to admit, Sailormoon is a great classic.
Roll your eyes all you want, but there is yet a series to challenge how Sailormoon changed the anime world XD"

"RurouniKamikaze, I'm sorry but... you really have to be NUTS to say that the dub is better than the orginal japanese mega cast o_O I mean... Kurama and Hiei's voices alone OWNED anyone on the dub... I know everyone has their own opinion, but seriously......... and just a side note, the manga is rather different to the anime o_O the ending alone is completely different =_=

Now back to discussion on YYH... I did read a discussion thread on it, a long while back, but I guess it sinked =p
YYH is a big, big classic that, in my opinion, still outshine many of the new stuff that is around today.
For one, the fight scenes have so much intensity that is rare in anime these days. Character development is also fantastic in this series. I mean, even Kurabara is quite a lovable character XD

but I have to say, Hiei has my vote =D I also love Mukoro a lot ^^"

I found the manga much funnier than the anime, and found that they changed/left out too much of the plot later the anime series. Just one look at the Alice in Wonderland episode, comparing the anime and manga version, and there's no way you'll say the anime is better =/

Is anime that much better than manga?

"95% of the time, I perfer manga over anime.
Simply because it is usually the original, where the plot is more detailed and the characters can fully develop.
I also find that anime often sterotype characters and make changes to what is authentic to a manga in order to fit the taste of the bigger anime audience =(

However, I'm not one of those people who claim that anime is always inferior to manga. People have to note that motion, colour and music CAN enhance a show, by developing moods greater than b/w manga can achieve. not to mention, great voice acting can breath life into a character on paper ^^"
