This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Which is better Indivdual DVDs or Collection box sets?

And sometimes when I want try to buy used DVDs they are either scratched up or might not work. I really am particular of my DVDs being in good condition too.
I've never had a problem with used DVDs. I've only ever gotten one that was badly scratched, and it plays fine.

In fact I've had more problems with new DVDs - sometimes they just do not play in my DVD player. I end up playing them on my computer, but then I have to watch on a small small screen. "

How much do you pay from your manga?

Where I bought mine in Canada. I get them around $10-$15 dollars.
Yeah, that is the typical Canadian price, though it's going down because of the exchange rate. But some stores have sales where they sell manga at US cover price - which makes it cheaper than the US because you pay in Canadian dollars!"

Fullmetal Alchemist

"I just started reading FMA. At the beginning, I thought it was nothing special, but the storyline really starts to heat up eventually. I don't think that this will be my favorite manga, but it sure is pretty good."

"Sometimes buying the individual DVDs are cheaper, if you get them used or discounted at places like Walmart. The only problem with that is that you may not be able to find the whole set. "

Subs or Dubs?

"

I agree with you 100%. First of all, ALL ANIME THAT HAS BEEN MADE HAS BEEN MADE WITHOUT THE INTENTION OF BEING DUBBED IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE.
Actually, this is not true. When they made Sherlock Hound, they knew it was going to be shown in languages other than Japanese, because they were getting money from a foreign company (italian I think) to make it. The same thing with Kimba The White Lion.

Also, nowadays the Japanese know that foreigners will dub their anime, and sometimes they already have the licencing set up before it starts in Japan.

That having been said, I usually prefer subs, though I take it on a case by case basis. There are some anime where I've never even bothered to see the Japanese version, but then there are others that I refuse to watch dubbed..."
