You need to add some detail to this wall to make it look dramatic. Because at the moment, I can see a lot of potential ;P
Darken the sky and use a gradient of cerulean blue to a more darker tone, to simulate the effect you see with a clear sky at high altitude. Use some cloud texturing so the clouds look more realistic and are visible. The pillars and gate are well drawn but seem a little flat - try texturing with stock textures of marble and iron. As for the text, since you have a lot you should move it away from the dead centre. Don't use large chunky looking fonts for serious, punchy lines. Lose the thick white outline - a subtle white glow around the title will suit better and give you the same legibility. Neverwinter is also a bit of an esoteric font.. I'd use something gothic but not so elaborate... how about Morpheus? It's free on dafont.com if I recall correctly. The long passage should be placed low down and in a small thin font.. I'd strongly suggest something like 9pt all caps Times New Roman or any tidy serif font. Again, dark text with a subtle white glow will make sure it's readable - to make it look dramatic let the letters be a bit spaced out more than the default, like you see on movie posters.
