"Change your e-mail, your phone is a good way to do it...bu i think just ignore it...ignore it ignore and IGNORE it...if you chang your e-mail, or sumething else like that, he will stalkiing you more, knowing that you not comfortable with it...and he will do it again and again...IGNORE him, trust me, 1 week, 2, a month, a year...he will get bored eventually for bothering u...just keep it cool...2 times i already have the same cases, my ex stalking me, again and again...but i IGNORE him, and for 2 weeks he go dissapere...huh...take that you stalker!!...just kick his ass if he dare to do sumething at your door... >_<"

1.writing in here ( forum...)
2. singing aS loud as you can at your room...
3.having your friends come
4. go to the mall...or somewhere...( if you can go to the mars...go for it )
5. play with someone ( someone ...yeah someaone )
6. play games ( pc...ps...ps2...etc...etc...etc... )
7. run as fast as you can...and if you get tired you will get to sleep fast...try this one...^^!
8. phone your irl/boy...or friends...
9. reading books...or something like that...
10. having a bath on the bathtub...hmmmm...
11. go to the spa or massagge place...
12. wathcing anime...or a movie...
13. drawing ( this is my hobby...hohoho )
14. listen to the radio...or music...
15. eating as much as you can...
16. play with my pet...
17. shopping in the internet ( but watch for your wallet... )

how to quit smoking

"I have a few one...
1. eat candy...a big...round one...candy...veryy big one ( makes you chew on the candy for many hours )
2. drink very very very lo of it ( really this one is real )
3. think this...one day you smoke 1...in 1 week you smoke 7 ciggarettes...in one month 30...in 1 yeasr its 365...if 5 years...u count it yourseff...how bout 10 years of 20 years?that is you only smoke 1 per day...yeah think bout it...
4. go to the doctor or hospital and ask them to see what is like the lungs of a smoker...i mean it...a heavy one...i already see it and get sick for seeing it...uhhhh....my stomach hurt...
5. ask someone to punch you when you want to smoke... ^_^!
6. yes...do you want your love one got sick becoz of your smoke?or your dog?
7. a smoker = bad...i mean it...really bad breath... = bad teeth...really...coz my boyfriend is a heavy one and his breath really stinks...u don want your girl/boy run from you becoz of that are u?
8. find a medicine...i heard there a new medicine that can help you to stop smoking...dunno...just heard of it...

i think thats it...tell me if it work or not...the key is yourself...nobody can change you if you dont want to chang it...nobody can help you in this case if you diddnt want to...ok!

...u want to have a job, but you got really sick, you want to go out with you boy/girlfriends, but they cant, you want to see your loved one, but they dont have time with you to spend, you want a good ranks in scholl but you didnt get it altough you already study hard....
