"Um I dont know if its wrong to post this here, but I thought maybe some of you might be interested. There is a Death Note wallpaper (and comic-- if you draw) contest on my fansite:

And if you are interested in submitting wallpapers to the contest (there are money/Death Note item prizes) you can. The prizes are listed there, you have quite a few choices, and I might open it up to a bit more towards the end of the contest, so more prizes like 1st,2nd,3rd place between each category.

I dont support places like Directmanga and stoptazmo, many times they steal the scanslation groups hard work just to plainly make money off of them *cough* Irc has the best manga ^_^ and is really easy to learn (still mad about stoptazmo and stealing the hard edited Shaman King scanslations by her >_<)"

But Im sort of dissapointed in one thing: the limit on the number of scans you can upload, I am one to gather my scans and then sit down one day and upload them all in one batch, and now with this cap ._. it's not letting me :( So I sort of lost my enthusiasm, since I could only upload like 4 before it capped me :(...

I mean I understand it and all, probably due to space and bandwidth usage-- but still..."

"This is an FMA circle I actually DREW , basing it off an alchemy circle of an actual FMA one, but adding many other things to make it my own, so I wanted to make it into a wallpaper *though Im not sure how yet, but I think in the background it would look nice*

so what do you think, should it be categorized as a wallpaper if I used a bunch of these type of Alchemy circles? Or should I just use an FMA picture to stick on top of it, I was thinking making a wallpaper blend, but Im not sure,

"Its my first time here ^_^ I just wanted to say hi. I actually stumbled upon this site looking for scans, and after being rejected twice for wallpapers, I think Im going to go throuhg all my wallpapers and change them (now I understand they a lot of them are really crappy) it has really given me some inspiration ^_^ to try my best-- one thing is for sure, wallpapering is sure different than webdesign (which is more on use than anything)

I have 2 questions though:

Are scans of Shonen Jump covers allowed? I have SO many scans (I love scanning artbooks and things) so I was wondering, I have literally over 1000+ that I would like to admit, and want to scan the Shonen Jump covers as well... but I dont know if that it allowed.

Also, if you have a wallpaper, like lets say, I drew this alchemy circle once, related to FMA. If I make a wallpaper out of alchemy circles and things where would that go under? FMA? oR...?"
