"Like Riza said, the image of Sakura is very, very pixellated, as are the feathers. In fact, the stock of the feather you used cuts off at the bottom, and it's glaringly obvious with the inner glow you've got on the main feather.

The font doesn't really match, and, again as Riza said, the background is oddly dark and looks somewhat empty."

"Hmm..

The extraction of the character is good, but the quality is bad - there's artifacting (where the colour looks all weird and wonky) both around the edges of Mikoto's hair and in places in the logo. All i can really say is to work more on the background, i guess - it's far too simple as it is now. "

"Starting just with the vector (don't even add a bg yet at this point, the vector still needs work)

The basic shapes etc. are good, but it needs slight touching up - if you're gonna go for a vector, you might as well make it perfect. For example: look at the line where his hair meets his skin colour - the Outline-line and the actual black of the hair colour diverge a bit mid-face, and so you get slight pixellation as a bit of the skin colour shines through. There's tons of things like that in this vector that need fixing - the profile of his face, the fur, etc.

As for the background... i wouldn't do... what you did for it o_O; it just looks funny. And if you insit upon having that bg, do a proper removal of the white edges (though shouldn't it be as simple as making the "white" layer under all the vector layers transparent...)"

"Extend the brushing/shapes that are behind ichigo further into the wall; they look pretty and complex but you can barely see them as is. also, try to perhaps make ichigo less.. i dunno, as if he's just been slapped onto a random background - incorperate him a bit more into the entire wall."

"Looks good. I'd not have that shadow on the pink flowers though; it looks funny with the pop-art ish feel of the rest of the wall. maybe bring in some of the colours in the girl's outfit/skin/etc. into the rest of the wall? even though it does look cute as is.."

"Definate "no" to the bg; as chibicrystal said it's distracting, bright and doesn't suit the vector style of the main images. you might wanna ditch the "eva1" thing as well.

With just the crazy!eva1silhouette and the head of the Eva1, i think you could make a really good grunge wallpaper with some nice brushes. :O"

"I like the font you used for his name, but really, it could do without the "former captain" line altogether - but if you insist upon having it in there, change the font.

Urahara himself just seems "slapped" upon the background; might wanna look into incorporating him into the wall more."

It seems like you just took a 3DSM wall (my guess is from deviantart), put the F/SN characters on it and the corner details and called it a day. if that's the case, then i can almost garuntee it won't be accepted - mostly becausr the more i look at it, the more it seems like the background of it is someone else's wallpaper."

"Goodness god change the text colour. That's my first and strongest piece of advice.

Second would be make the text smaller, and move it so it isn't covering him/isn't off-center (as a whole) - you might wanna consider putting the two on one line of text and having it off to the left.

Blown up ghost images.. yeahh look at blue, she beat me to it :P

i would move the stuff at the bottom right, since the taskbar's gonna cover it up partially.

There's more things you could do, but start with this."

"Erm.

You've got the idea goign, like blue said, but it neems some work.

The water's not that bad, but they're a bit bright in the front. last time i checked water wasn't.. THAT shade of green (i'm seeing some weird, weird blue-green on the water ripples.)

the balls of light/brushing around the girl are too contained and it looks a bit funny.

the ripple effect applied on the moon and the tree's reflections doesn't match up with the ripples of the water and so it looks funny there too :O

do something more with the sky :O

lots of little things that need fixing, but not bad."
